THE BEST. I came in literally 20 minutes ago and had by far the greatest experience in an office, I've ever had. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and was promptly helped, wait times were short. I had such an easy time explaining everything to Chelsea(sorry for spelling) she was so nice and felt more like a best friend, she cared about my issues and why I was there. She also took the time ti detail my paperwork so no valuable information was skipped, she attitude was so infectious and happy. The next face I saw was so nice as well, she sat comfortably in the room with me, she listened to everything I said and made sure she asked follow up questions so make sure she knew she understood. Xrays were quick and filled with laughter, I felt like I was with a group of friends and it made my first experience one to remember. I also liked that I got a new patient goodie bag, HOW CUTE. I almost forgot it but the staff reminded me and laughed it off when I also started walking the wrong way to leave the building. Everyone was great, I have never wrote a review before and for me to instantly want to give patient feedback, it shows character of the establishment. Thank you so much!
