I have been with Dr. Eric Webb for about 18 years. He is by far the most responsive and compassionate mainstream physician I have had the good fortune to see. I was ill a few years ago with something that was difficult to diagnose and treat. He left me several personal messages at home, just inquiring how I was doing. Taking his own time... Eric has been our personal physician for about 20 years. He has been more than wonderful to both Bev and I. One of the things I like about him is that he is never in a hurry, but takes plenty of time to chat and listen to our concerns.

This place was THE WORST. I was told that these people were in my insurance network and since they were the closest to my home I went. DREADFUL. Not only did I not get to see the doctor, but I was billed $344 for 20 minutes with his nurse practitioner. I then made another appointment which was mandated because I needed to see the doctor for a medication. They did not call to confirm the appointment and when I missed it, they sent me a rude letter telling me that I had missed two appointments (I only missed one.) Then, when I tried to reschedule, the next available appointment was a month later. I got my refill from some random doctor that they pushed me off onto. After spending $400 I had still not met or seen my "new" doctor. Awful. I returned to the Dr. I had used prior and paid half the amount that this Webb character charged even WITHOUT them being in my insurance network. Sad. This place was THE WORST.
