Audrey Meyer has always done a fantastic job for me and my wife. We can usually get in to see her quickly if something is needed and she really listens to us to figure out what could be going on vs. jumping to conclusions. My significant other recently called and attempted to schedule an appointment but was told immediately with no prompting if she took any “drugs” they wouldn’t write any prescriptions for any opioids or adult stimulants. My significant other then attempted to explain she has been prescribed an adult stimulant for 20+ years and utilizes Blue Cross/Blue Shield and was abruptly hung up on. Go elsewhere for any medical treatment. This provider clearly employs thugs to drive away anyone that actually needs assistance. My significant other recently called and attempted to schedule an appointment but was told immediately with no prompting if she took any “drugs” and they wouldn’t write any prescriptions for any opioids or adult stimulants. Dr. Audrey Meyer is awesome. She listens to me and is very helpful with whatever it is when I come in for an appointment. I would highly recommend her.

the rudest front desk workers and completely incompetent. i called to ask when my appointment was scheduled for, and the woman on the phone said 11:30 and it was at 11. i missed my appt and was not seen that day.

I've heard very good things about Dr. Lopatin from a current patient. Office staff is not allowing any new patients though. They asked what my insurance was, and then said there are no openings for a new patient. Did I just get insurance discriminated? Is the staff overworked? Is the practice under staffed? The current state of medicine is frustrating. Do you know any other service industries where the practitioners close the practice because business is to good? Been going here for many years. Couldn’t ask for a better office or doctors.

This place is a poor excuse for a medical practice. Called to set up a follow up appointment from an emergency room visit. The very rude woman who answered the phone has no business speaking to patients. She tried to find excuses not to schedule the appointment. When that failed she passed me off to get another rude woman that essentially eluded to me being a drug addict for asking for an appointment. This is not how things are done in professional society. I would urge anyone looking for a qualified doctor to look elsewhere. If this is how the staff conducts themselves I cannot imagine how horrible the doctor is. Dr. Lopatin is a very good DR.he does care about his patients. It's hard to find a doctor that listens to you and is not in a hurry just to get you out of the office. I have alot of respect for this doctor thank you.
