Major RUDEEEEEE and unprofessional .....I called the office and it gave me this number .... so I called and i asked where am I callin and he hung up I called back again and he answered with can u please stop calling ... I said I was calling for doctor Jacob ... and he said yea this is him what is it .... so I explained what I was callin for and he said call back after 2 when the girls are back and hung up on me ..... The sorryest excuse for a dr.ive ever saw. Misdiagnosed 3 friends,,,2 are dead. Very scary dr.

Dr. Jacobs is the best primary care physician I've had thus far! I would love to stay with him from now on

Doctor is not friendly at all very dry. In and out your room and 30 seconds. He took my co-pay and did absolutely nothing for me. The air condition must be broke everyone in the waiting room sweating. The building he has in his right down and dingy paint chipping in peeling off walls baseboards dirty. Dr. is an old man and it is a small town so if you are from out of town he will not help you. If I could give zero stars I would but the one star I gave is for the ladies at the front desk very helpful and friendly. Doctor is not friendly at all very dry. In and out your room and 30 seconds. Do not go here, there are cockroaches in the ceiling no hygeine and the dr could care less about your concerns

Terrible. Does not listen to patients at all. I went in for an ear infection and this "doctor" did not even examine my ear to determine if the infection was inner or outer ear, just prescribed an oral antibiotic. Guess what? Oral antibiotics don't treat swimmer's ear, an outer ear infection. Guess which ear infection I have? Swimmer's ear. 4 days into the oral antibiotics and I cant even open my mouth to eat without severe pain. Guy's a hack, go somewhere else.

Absolutely an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients, helps take care of their problems, and he is polite the entire time. Love his staff as well; all very sweet people.

Never again in life! So unprofessional and the staff is unbelievable rude! Let this place be your last resort if you have absolutely no other choice.
