Eric Ingersoll

My family has been going to this office for years and they are wonderful! Office staff is always so kind and quick to get you in for an appt. Waiting room wait times are short. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment. All of my questions have always been answered and I’ve always felt confident and comfortable in the care plans for my child. I highly recommend this provider and office.

For numerous muscular-skeletal problems I've been a patient in Dr Ingersoll's care for a year (four visits to the practice) and found that he's appropriately medically conservative, fully explains alternative procedures, listens carefully, is generous with his time, and communicates freely and effectively. I suspect his practice overloads morning appointments because I once had a 1.5 hour wait for Dr ingersoll's attention. Dr Ingersoll is amazing. The office staff are kind and quick to respond to your appointment requests. His work speaks for itself. He takes time to explain things to you and make you feel comfortable.

I was a bit apprehensive when I saw some of the reviews but our experience was beyond amazing! All the nurses and staff were profesional, patient, & caring with my "dramatic" 2yr old. Dr Ingersoll did a great job explaining and answering all my questions. He was very flexible working in my requests for future appointments. Another plus is that the pharmacy is next door! I have had two visits with Dr. Ingersoll. I found him extremely honest, patient and understanding. He carefully examined me after learning my symptoms and explained in great and helpful detail what caused the problems I presented. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way.

They leave their patient waiting 1.5 almost 2 hours past their appt time. They are rude on the phone. Would recommend this Doctor for anyone
