Dr. Emerson Richards Tracy

I have used Dr. Tracy for many years and find him to be outstanding. Very old school but very thorough and knowledgeable.

Unreliable and rude. My 86 year old grandmother drove over in storm conditions for an appointment she had for months (she has extreme pain and burning in her eyes) in advance and when she arrived he told her he doesn’t take appointments in storm weather even though no one had ever called to cancel. He was extremely rude to her as well and almost made her cry. Do not make appointments with this doctor.

Dr.Tracy is the most unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional optometrist in all of south jersey. After attending a confirmed appointment (made weeks in advanced), my elderly grandmother drove to his office in the middle of a storm. Once she arrived, he claimed the appointment was for a different day (with no evidence) and refused to see her since he "does not see patients during storms", despite being present in the office with no patients waiting...My grandmother is losing her vision, and this appointment was crucial. Dr.Tracy used unprofessional language when speaking to my grandmother, and berated her with rude comments until she left. DO NOT SEE THIS "doctor".

This doctor is unreliable and unprofessional. he makes appointments and when you show up he is not there and tells you that your appointment was for another day. What a piece of work.
