If you're looking for a doctor to get back to you with results, don't come here. I called 5 times for Dr. Lieberman to call me back regarding my 80 yr old dad, and never heard back from him. Finally spoke to someone at the front desk and I told them I'll find another urologist that goes beyond the first visit for the consult. This was a waste of time. Had to go through 2 surgeries with Leibermen. He is good at what he does but a patients call need to be attended. After having 2 surgeries in less than 6 weeks its needless to say the patient needs to have his questions answered. The staff try hard to find answers but were never successful. You dont feel comfortable calling the doctors office at all. Still trying to call them but no response on what needs to be done. Had to go through 2 surgeries with Leibermen. How is this OK? Elderly father was patient for years without incident. Eventually his PSA counts were elevated enough to biopsy the area. What was supposed to be 1-2 weeks for results turned out to be 3-4 weeks to get him on the phone. After not such good news on the call with Dr. Lieberman, we agreed to diagnose further with CAT scans and bone scans which were to be scheduled. Tried to call office / Dr. for a week straight. Left voice mails for office manager & left messages with staff scheduling appointments on 4-5 occasions…. NOTHING. Keep in mind this patient was diagnosed with CANCER. I don’t know if the staff or the Dr. is inept, but this lack of response is not acceptable on any level. If you want to be ignored, avoided, and mistreated this is the guy to go to. Saw Dr. Lieberman and seemed like a nice knowledgeable Dr. He ran some labs for some issues I was having and assured me he would get back to me to discuss the next course of action. Needless to say it’s been a little over three weeks and I have left six messages for the Dr and have not heard a thing. His staff has been pleasant but they seem frustrated as well. We are all busy in our lives but it’s inexcusable to me that a physician does not have time or refuses to simply call a patient back. I have been treated by Dr. Lieberman for more than 20 years. I have found him to be exceptionally competent, thorough, and always friendly. I can't recommend him highly enough.

DR Lieberman seems to be caring and wonderful doctor. However he's front office is one of the worst I ever encountered in my life. I called office manager(Kim??) to schedule a surgery to remove my kidney stones over a week and left several voice mails and never got a response. The lack of this office manager's non response is not acceptable at any level.

Unfortunately the aftermath of my visit did not go so well. Dr. Lieberman assured me he would communicate personally with me after seeing the results of my bloodwork. The bloodwork was received by him the day after my appointment. A week and half later and after attempting to reach Lieberman three times to discuss his interpretation of the bloodwork , he never returned a call to go over his findings. To this day, I am still left in the lurch and need to pursue other avenues. I find this this quite disconcerting and unprofessional treatment; especially to an individual in the health care field. Well if the good Dr. has time to read and respond to this review, my question is why you could not find time to communicate his professional opinion of my bloodwork Unfortunately the aftermath of my visit did not go so well. 5 stars are not even close to rate dr. E. Liberman. The most caring, doctor who truly put his patients best interest FIRST!!!!!

Dr. Lieberman is a fantastic doctor but he is hidden behind one of the worst front offices I have ever seen. I am on my sixth day of trying to get the prescription that was the result of an exam sent to a pharmacy. The staff attitude and inability to perform is horror! I would recommend Dr. Lieberman only if there was a way to work with him but not through his office.

He's a wonderful doctor!! Always spends the time necessary to explain any procedures and makes you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

My husband has been asking for a simple phone call from the dr. to discuss his med regime as it wasn't thougly determined at his last visit in august 2017. We scheduled another appt.which this office has rescheduled twice now. No appt, no phonecall. Needless to say after approx 20 yrs as a patient there we're switching doctors.

the absolute best doctor and human being any patient can possibly have...in todays world he is an outstanding example of what every doctor should strive to be...and as to negative reviews every doctors office tries the best to return everyone's phone calls...life is too short be patient and look back on how lucky we are just to have the time to wait

I called 3 times to discuss results of my kidney Ultrasound - he never called back. I asked the receptionist how many times do I have to call before he returns my message? She said "we do our job and give him your message!" Parking is impossible, I had to park next door which I think was a Senior Residence. Had to wait over45 minutes after my appointment time to see him. He seemed OK, I don't get it! Finally I went to the lab and got a written copy of the Ultrasound and read it myself.

I REALLY DO LIKE DR LIEBERMAN, BUT I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME, AFTER I LEFT 2 ADDITIONAL MESSAGES WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER. THE DR SENT ME FOR A TEST ON THURSDAY AND I LEFT A MESSAGE ON FRIDAY REQUESTING RESULTS AND STILL HAVEN'T RCVD A CALL BACK. NOT SURE I WOULD RECCOMEND DR LIEBERMANS OFFICE TO A FRIEND. I WOULD BE WILLING TO AMMEND MY REVIEW IF THINGS GOT BETTER IN THE OFFICE

Dr. Lieberman is a skilled, professional and warm doctor, who takes considerable time with his patients. His astute abilities saved my husband's life, as he caught his aggressive prostate cancer very early on, even with little by the way of risk factors or normal indicators. I have also been seeing him for many years, and have always been very pleased with his fantastic care.

I met Dr. Lieberman for the first time this week regarding a side effect I was having in response to taking Tamsulosin. After he pleasant staff took preliminary information from me, Dr. Lieberman came into the examination room. He is very friendly, caring and thorough. We discussed the problem I was having ("retrograde ejaculation"). He knew exactly what issue was and prescribed a different medication for me. Within 6 hours, the issue was resolved. A wonderful urologist! 5 stars.

I met Dr Lieberman about 3months ago. He helped fix a problem I have had for as long as I could remember. He does not rush you and is very easy to talk to. Unlike other doctors I have had try to help me. He is much more than just a eurologist.

Dr. Lieberman is the best: Expert in his field, friendly, extremely detailed in his explanations and advice, conscientious with respect to follow-up ... just a really great Doctor all around. He's got years of experience but it hasn't dampened his compassion. I recommend him all the time.
