Dr. Elizabeth S Rachel

Went to Dr.Rachel after being referred to her by my Primary Care Doctor. She was disheveled and did not explain what she was diagnosing with in clear terms. On my second appt. with her, I sat in a room waiting for her for an hour, no one ever came in so I popped my head out of the door. Some of the staff was standing just outside my door laughing and talking, I told them I had another appt. for a scan Dr.Rachel had ordered. About then Dr. Rachel came down the hall pronouncing, “I’m coming”, “I’m coming”…sarcastically. I told her I needed to go to the scan SHE ordered and she said, “Go, I’ll call you with the results of the two tests.” Waited 2 weeks no call, called the office, excuses, she’s out of town…asked for her to call. Another week, no call. Called again, no call. No MyChart just a portal which was difficult to get on and interpret. I asked them to refund my copay since I never saw her that second visit and they said, “oh that was for the ultrasound”. Most of the office staff was just as unprofessional and rude as her. When I called the last time to get my medical records transferred, I told the staff member what happened, not even a “I’m sorry that happened”. No thanks, going to someone else. Really bad experience with this doctor and her staff. Would not recommend at all. It’s hard enough getting diagnosed with disorders much less have to deal with a doctor who just doesn’t care.

Wonderful experience. Terrific staff. I saw Dr Rachel for varicose veins. Highly recommend this establishment.

I like Dr. Reachel good bed side mannerisms she seems to care about the end results! I do go to her for cosmetic reasons not truly medical

Dr Rachel is awesome..she has done surgery on me 3 times and I was so pleased on my results..also she is so nice and the staff is wonderful

Ruined my life. My (then) 4-year-old daughter lost her mom the day I let Dr. Rachel touch me. I am bedridden and am missing out of my sweet little girl's life. I made the biggest mistake I've ever made by letting Dr. Rachel operate on me. I have so much pain that I can't even sleep at night. I've been stuck in the house for the past 6 months because it's too painful to even ride in a vehicle. My life is over. Ruined my life. I was very pleased with my visits and surgery I had with Dr. Rachel. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable too! Would recommend her to everyone.
