Dr. Davis is well sought after due to her surgical expertise and knowledge. Her attention to her patients is also exemplary, as she fully explains the procedure and provides the patient assurance around the safety of the procedure and roles of her staff. Each of her staff greets you, explains their role in the procedure ( cataract surgery) reviews any questions. My only commentary is a preference for educating the patient on possible outcomes which are not desired, but apparently common in 30-60% of procedures. It wasn't until post surgery that I was advised of the risks of potential outcomes which are different than my expectations. As a healthcare provider myself I attempt to educate my clients before treatment about the risks of interventions. I would greatly appreciate the same proactive education as I make a decision about next steps. In my case a film developed over my right eye which is now requiring laser removal.

My care team at Minnesota eye consults was amazing. Elizabeth Davis took her time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was happening and when so nothing was a surprise. Definitely recommend Minnesota eye consults and Dr. Davis!

Dr Davis and Dr Pham were wonderful. They have surrounded themselves with well caring experienced staff.

I went to Dr. Davis because of failed cataract surgery with another doctor. No one else was able to tell me why I had the bad night glare and kept saying things "looked good." She immediately told me what was wrong and what we could do. She changed out the lens for another one and now things are great. I picked her because of referral from numerous people, my optometrist, and the credentials you can see on the website. Very pleased.

I have had cataract surgery, cornea transplant surgery and numerous visits with Dr Davis over the years. I have many doctors and she is by far my favorite. Super intelligent (#1 at Johns Hopkins Med School), very friendly, caring, and kind. She takes her time at every visit. My eyes see perfectly because of her skill. I will go nowhere else and hope she never retires!

I was able to get in for a fast consultation for cataracts on the recommendation of my eye doctor because they were growing fast in my right eye. Dr. Davis was friendly and quickly made me comfortable. Unfortunately, earliest surgery is mid-June. Hopefully, being on the cancellation list will speed the surgery.

Dr. Davis’ credentials are second to none. The cataract surgery she performed on my eyes could not have turned out better. All pre-op information and post-op care made me feel as if I were her only patient. It is rare to find a team of professionals all focused entirely on providing the best quality of care and attention to details, Dr. Davis has that level of staff supporting her. I could not have felt more comfortable entrusting my eyes to her.

Dr Davis performed Lasik eye surgery on me, I am Very Satisfied with the results. I went to the Bloomington Clinic for all my appointments and the surgery. All the care I received at this clinic was all very professional. Highly recommend - Dr Davis and her team. 3 months post surgery and my vision is 20/20.

I love my results and am still adjusting to not trying to remove my glasses before bed. The information given to me for preparation and post op care was concise and timely. Listens to all of my concerns and finds answers whenever possible. Remember the individual, not just a diagnosis. Works her tail off and is great because of it.

Dr Davis made me feel at ease from the moment she explained the transplant surgery to me until today when she removed my stitches. It was totally a pain free experience and my eye sight has greatly improved. Was told today that removing the stitches would even make my eye sight better. Thank you.

Everything went well . Very friendly staff

I was very nervous going into my first visit. I am almost deaf so my eyes are everything. Dr Davis was amazing. She answered all my questions and even used a model to clarify the answers. I am very grateful shebis my surgeon.

She was ready for me and met me in the hall right after all my tests. I have never been to see a doctor that was waiting for me instead of me waiting for her. She explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. Told me what she recommend for my ERM.

I was told by another doctor that they didn't want to do surgery on my eyes until my cataracts got much worse to lessen the risk of making age-related macular worse. Dr. Davis agreed with me that the same risk would present no matter when I had surgery for my cataracts and she would prefer to deal with cataracts when they weren't much worse as it relates to possibly worsening the macular. She told me that she wanted to help me see as good as I can now. I sure agreed with her and I'm glad I didn't wait another year for my cataracts to get much worse. A few weeks ago, I fell off the last two steps of my concrete stairs because my eyes had played tricks on me making me think I was already at the bottom of the stairway. I live alone and there was no one to help me get back up again. I'm thankful it wasn't 40 below zero winter weather and that I was able to get back up without assistance. It wasn't easy. I am looking forward to being able to see as good as I can after surgery.
