Dr. Effie E. Siomos

Was very inconsiderate.

I've just recently started seeing Dr. Siomos and couldn't be happier. I've had pelvic pain and issues most all of my adult life. All of my other doctors dismissed endometriosis, she was quick to schedule my laparoscopic. Guess what, it was indeed endometriosis. She also discussed other options to preventing it as well, not just pushed surgery. I'm the one that choose this option. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received so far from Dr. Siomos.

Dr Effie took care of several problems for me over a series of about 4 years and I've never had a warmer doctor or one who listens to patients better than she did. she never once refused to discuss a procedure because of my age (I'm in my 20s) and that's increibly rare. Without her I likely wouldn't have been diagnosed and treated for endometriosis as early as I was. I highly highly highly reccomend her to everyone, but especially young women who are struggling to get an obgyn to really listen to them.

By far one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting! Made me feel confident on the care I would receive from her during 1st pregnancy & answered all of my questions.

The week after I visited my Physician who found a Lump on my Breast, I visited Dr Siomos and I did NOT intentionally tell her what my other Physician had found. Because of the size of the lump that I had, it was growing for about one year. And I used to see Dr Siomos on a regular basis every year. She palpate my breast litely and told me that "everything is beautiful and you have NO problems". I then show her the lump in my right breast and asked her what is this? Her answer was, that I was keeping my arm up, which I know is the proper position for a breast Exam. After that, I had two Surgeries to remove this lump and I was told that now Im free of Cancer, Thanks to my Physicians Dr Magar and my Surgeon Gr Greenberg. I highly recommend that you NOT visit Siomos if you care about your Health.
