Dr. Edwin Liu

Drove 40 min for our appointment and when we got there we had no appointment scheduled anymore because the doctor we were suppose to see quit her job and they had not care for the patients that she was treating before. Never even got a called to ask for a fallow up. You will never see Dr. Liu but one of his employees.

The level of unprofessionalism and his method of treating not just my daughter but my wife, is unacceptable and rude. Will be filling a complaint on his license with the state and discussing medical malpractice with counsel. Save your child see another doctor!!

My son has been a patient here for 9 years. Most of the time he saw Mrs. Green and she was phenomenal she told my son if he continues with his good grades they would see him all the way through college. We called and left messages for 2 days to reschedule an appointment they had scheduled for us. The phone calls were not being returned to reschedule an appointment. When we called back day 3 we were told he has been kicked out of the practice in short notice with no medicine refill, before we tried to reschedule the appointment. I would definitely find a different neurologist! My son has been a patient here for 9 years. Do NOT Recomend when my child with an extensive medical history was brought in He looked at year old scans saying he was normal, told my son how badly behaved he was (Which is why I was there) . Proceeded to talk down to me. My peditrician had notated seizures and when I didnt know details he would snap at me. He didnt take the time to try to be understanding of my childs fear of doctors and dimissed us so we got no where. My son is now having seizures at school and has been transported to the best hospital in the Area over an hour away... They will get to the bottom of it... Thanks for nothing! Highly do not recommend this place!!! after doing several EEG or EEK they do not give the parent a true result of there medical issue. During this covid pandemic neurologist are working from home and don’t give a 2 sits about the children zoom calls are not the best!! there hiring sleep doctors to do EEG and they don’t know what their doing.although go to this place and the disorder you have will forever live on you!! I’m very disappointed in the lack of care received. The first thing out of his mouth after shutting the door behind him was, “We’re going to have to medicate him.” This is without knowing anything about the results from the EEG. Aside from his lack of care and lack of being thorough, leaving the appointment without the results of the test means there’s a need to go to a different doctor to have the results read. After been changed my appointments for about 3 months , I had to wait 1 hr at the office for someone to take of us, and the response I got from the receptionist was , if you don't want to wait we can reschedule for another time , as if they haven't reschedule me enough months , that was unpathetic and senseless.

I couldnt even tell you if the doctor is good. I called and left a message for someone to call back for an appointment within 24 hours. Two days later still no call and still unable to get through to the office. If he was not recommended by the pediatrician I would have found someone else. Hopefully the pediatrician can get through.

Excellent doctor.

Highly recommended for his vast knowledge and bed side manner. He takes his time explaining throughly and in great detail.

Great doctor and very patient, friendly staff. I have been coming here for years and would not listen to these people that complain about the office when they havent even been there. I have never had a problem making my appointments. It's called common courtsey. Have highly recommend Dr Liu to friends and they were very thankful.

My child and I had the best experience here. The doctor spent lots of time with us and made sure we knew all our options. The staff was amazing. Very kid friendly. I will be bringing my son here also. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Liu's office.

Bad experience. Staff made up story about my visit 6 yrs ago

RUDE AWFUL RECEPTIONIST.FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND PEOPLE ARE CALLING REGARDING THEIR CHILDREN. WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING WITH THEM AND THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO GET A REFRESHER COURSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible experience. Saw dr farzam once. He said he didn't think is office was built and equipped for my special needs child who has a lot of equipment. Requested to see dr liu.. but he wouldn't even talk to me. He had his office administration dep contact me and tell me that they don't approve of the transfer within practice (since when can't you ask to see a different doctor if you didn't have good vibes with the first one). Anyways, she is now going to be discharged from their practice and follow up apt was cancelled on their behalf. Disgusted and recommend saving yourself the heartache. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM STAFF AND THE DR. First time there Dr. Liu didn’t even said hi or even introduced himself. I was like ok maybe he had a bad day let see what he has to said. He requested so many test for my kid that it was unbelievable every test cost me a fortune but we did it except the sleep test. Second time appointment to review the test we wait literally 3 hours in there to see him. He make me lost my day at work because they make my appointment in the middle of the day because they are so book for many months and blah blah blah. That I asked for the day off and to prevent the 35 fee they charged if you cannot make !!!! what about my salary ??? I guess they don’t care. Neither the Dr or the staff apologized for this, I was very mad and upset but anxious to get the results back. 1) he said everything was perfect (when on the first appointment he gave a different diagnostic)I got in shock and make me more upset 2) he told me that the sleep test was not necessary on first place after he suggested it to do it. In other words another way to make more money since this test is done in his office by his staff 3) at the end he prescribes some medicine for my kid to try on to see if he can get a better diagnosis!!! Like really !!!! My kid is not a lab rat or a rabbit to try on. Save yourself from these Drs. they only care about how much they can get from the insurance and not their patients. DR LIU AND HIS STAFF HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO MY SON AND HIS ISSUES, DESPITE HAVING A BUSY PRACTICE, HIS OFFICE WAS ABLE TO GET ME RIGHT IN TO SEE HIM, HE IS ONE OF THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR, CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH!

Dr Liu is very thorough. He openly listened and addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a pediatric neurologist.

I did a lot of research before I came to this office. Dr Liu is board certified in child neurology and epilepsy and epilepsy. This was very important to me. His website was very informative. He has several offices also. When I came in for my appointment I could not have been more pleased. The staff was super kid friendly and you could tell Dr. Liu was an expert in his field. I was worried when my child was diagnosed with seizures in the hospital (he is on call by the way) and was not sure if we were going to be able to get the care we needed locally. Great office, very kid friendly. Fun toys at check out, made my kid smile. Yes they are a busy office but I find them to be very caring and efficient. Diagnosed my son where others in the area failed. I like that they have evening hours and the doctor is available by phone if I have an emergency. Only complaint is that I waited about 45 minutes, but I waited at least this long in other specialists offices so I can't imagine its excessive. Great office, very kid friendly.
