I've never had a doctor argue with me before meeting Dr. Clark. He asked if I had tingling or numbness. I said some tingling. Later when he was inputting the info into my chart he said out loud "patient has numbness". I corrected him. At which point he argues that it's essentially the same thing. It isn't and I don't want my records to have inaccurate information, especially if that ends up reflecting in my quality of care later on.
