I love Dr Giduen! He’s the best OB GYN to me.

Every time I call for a appointment whether it’s for something I’m concerned for they are rude the receptionist has a negative attitude even when I go in there . I feel like my concerns aren’t taken seriously . It use to be positive and friendly!!

Dr. Guedon was the doctor on call when I went in to Labor and Delivery on a Sunday. We ended up having to be rushed into an emergency c-section later that day. If I had to do it all over again, he'd be the one I wanted. He was very informative and talked the whole way through. It was our first baby and very scary when things took a turn, but he made sure to talk to us while heading to the OR explaining everything and his decision.

Positive happy person and he does his job exceptionally! I love it keep up your great work! He's a great family friend and Dr.

The Doctors are good but when it comes to getting your medicine you have to wait 4 weeks and sometime months and that is really sad.....SMH...

Loved Dr Guedon and sweet Hannah his nurse. I was especially impressed that Dr Guedon called me himslef to discuss my breast ultra sound results. In fact there may be a lack communication because at least 3 people called about those results. However trying to talk to someone about billing has been an ordeal. I hope I have it worked out after speaking with BCBSLA. Numerous attempts to speak to the office manager have been useless. Loved Dr Guedon and sweet Hannah his nurse. I love my doctor ????????‍⚕️ Dr. Guedon is amazing person and very professional. Of course anyone who knows him he love for his patients to have kids lol, but I would recommend him to anyone he’s a very sweet doctor. I Really enjoyed my first visit to the women's health center, everyone seem to be really professional. However, when I called to reschedule an appointment I did not like how I was spoken to by the Phone receptionist. She was extremely rude everything she said was as if she hated life. well, I differently got the brunt end of her bad day. She also had me wait on hold for almost ten minutes before I finally decided to hang up and call back. (Someone answered right away) I Did not get the name of the last person I spoke to, but when I called back, Crystal answered (not sure if this was the same person) I told her my concern with the last person I spoke to, she said nothing but "It could have been anyone," as if this is normal, and nothing else. I'm a very easy going person and don't let much bother me. This is actually my very first negative google review I've ever left. EVER! I understand life and work gets stressful, but I do not however understand how anyone would want someone answering or talking to customer in such a way. I answer phones myself for customers in my employment, I would NEVER speak to my customers like this, its unprofessional and unnecessary. Hopefully, no one else gets treated as such.
