I have a compromised immune system & Asthma! I feel very blessed to have DR Lotz treat my conditions. He always takes his time to explain my treatment plan to me. He is very knowledgeable, kind & caring DR. It means a lot to me to have Dr Lotz advising, treating & in charge of my conditions! All of the staff have always been great to work with too!

AWESOME!!! Dr. Lotz offers TeleHealth visits, plenty of parking and an Online Portal for patients. I forgot to put this in my review...He is the BEST!!!

I found Dr. Lotz to be very combative and abrasive. He undoubtedly knows his information, but the delivery of that information needs work. I can’t even express how dissatisfied I was with the whole experience of visiting this office on Brownsboro- from the front desk staff gossiping about a patient who asked if she could be worked in so that the doctor could look at a rash, to the actual doctor-patient interaction. It was atrocious. I would love to find an allergist who can deliver accurate information in an effective and collaborative way. If I have to suffer through another interaction with this man for the sake of my child’s health I would do it in a heartbeat, but I would prefer to use Willie Nelson’s hairbrush than make another visit to his office.

Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Dr. Lotz is competent, caring, and truly interested in his patient’s health and well being. Plus, his communication skills and superb medical knowledge truly enhance the patient’s understanding of his treatment. Overall, deciding to see Dr. Lotz is a wise decision indeed.

Dr. Lotz is a true professional - thorough, courteous, and kind. Both my children have been treated by him and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's great with children/teenagers (and their parents). He always takes the time to explain everything and he is extremely knowledgable.

I highly recommend Dr. Lotz to anyone who needs an Allergy & Immunology specialist. He took the time to explain my issues in a way that I could understand and he is a good listener, which is much appreciated!! He has a great personality along with his excellent medical skills. I would highly recommend Dr. Lotz to my friends, family or anyone! The office staff and assistants were very nice and another plus is that I had a very very short wait!

Dr. Lotz has changed my life. By listening carefully to what my concerns were he helped me to get the best treatment for my symptoms. Not only did he get my allergies and Asthma in control, he directed me to another doctor for my reflux. (Which is now controlled). The staff is amazing. Always smilling.

Dr. Lotz is a great physician, but his demeanor and personality set him above the rest. He not only has helped improved my kids quality of life by providing a great plan for therapy, he truly cares and seems excited about their progress. I have already recommended many family and friends and would suggest Dr Lotz to anyone looking for Allergy and Immunology solutions.

Dr. Lotz is always friendly, listens well to patients, explains things thoroughly & truly cares about his patients. I am blessed to have him as part of my medical team.

Dr. Lotz has always been determined to giving me the best care possible and making sure that my asthma and allergies is under control. He will not stop until the symptoms are gone/almost non-existent. He is always very thorough in his exams and takes his time listening to what you have to say and any of your concerns. He also explains any medicine or treatment in full detail telling exactly how it works.

Dr. Lotz is very personable and great with kids. He explained everything to my daughter in terms that she could understand. He took his time and answered all her questions. His staff is very friendly as well. They are all doing a fantastic job!

What reputable doctor sets up a regimen for a patient who doesn't live in the area, and supposedly has to have allergy shots once a week? Primary care physician is in Georgia. Primary care physician has already said they will not administer allergy shots using medicine provided by Lotz. They call it brown bagging and it is not permitted. Apparently this is money driven and not concern for the patient.

I went to Dr. Lotz for allergy testing. He and his staff were kind and knowledgeable. He spent a good deal of time going over treatment options and answering questions. I felt listened to a well cared for. A pleasant surprise was his knowledge and consideration of insurance, my deductible, and my out-of-pocket costs. I truly felt his recommendations for medication and course of treatment were all made with my best interest, health and financial, in mind.

Dr. Lotz and his staff were incredibly patient, understanding, accommodating, knowledgable and kind. We brought our 3 year old foster child, social services and his birth mom with us...it could have been discouraging to another office, but not these guys! They gave him extra treats, they handled an otherwise awkward situation well, and they treated all of us with respect. They didn't force us into any treatment plan and were personable without wasting time.

So happy to have seen Dr. Lotz. He took so much time with us to find a solution for my son’s issues.

Great doctor. Personable, knowledgeable. Spends time actually explaining your condition to you, which is rare nowadays. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lotz is a gem! He is so patient with his clients, especially the parents, when they have lots of questions. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. The office is flexible in terms of appointments. I cannot say enough good things about this physician. He is also heavily involved in the community and statewide asthma prevention efforts. We would highly recommend him and his staff for sure! Our son has extensive allergies and he has been so wonderful over the last 2 years.

I love the staff! They are very friendly and patient. Dr. Lotz does everything that he can to help ease and control your allergy and asthma symptoms.

Dr. Lotz is very informative. He takes the time to explain the results and how your results are affecting the way you feel. He then gives a comprehensive plan for treatment and leaves it up to you on which route of treatment you want to take.

Dr Lotz is a gift from God!!! He was my 2nd opinion after years at a previous allergist office I was seen for years & felt hopeless. He spent several hours with me figuring out how to help me & really is compassionate with knowledge beyond comepare with other systems in our bodies. He wouldn't give up on me & really listened to me!!! I have hope again after years...anyone with immune concerns must see him he truly has been sent from the heavens his staff knew I needed him they are Awesome too!

I LOVE Dr Lotz! Very intelligent and compassionate and he explains things really well. He has helped my three year old son who has allergies and asthma so much! I thank God for him and recommend him to anyone! Great doctor!

He is always caring and thorough. It is nice to have someone trying to put themselves in your shoes, specially with conditions like asthma.

Dr. Lotz is professional, courteous, and always answers all of my questions. I always leave the office as a satisfied and happy patient. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers with allergies. Most recently, he provided a more in depth explanation of the benefits of antihistamines and how they help with allergies.
