I used to see Dr Delafield in Indianapolis indiana. It’s been a few years now. He was the best Dr I have ever seen. I still think of him from time to time and will never forget his listening and advice he gave me. I hope you are doing well Dr Delafield. God Bless

He has been the greatest doctor of my 30 different physicians, any person to say otherwise needs a different type of doctor. Dr. Delafield is and was a credit to his proffesion. It broke my heart when he retired.

Dr. Delafield was my doctor 12 years ago when he was in Indianapolis. He removed a mile from my arm and was so confident in his work. His technique left a HUGE scar on my arm that I now have to remember him by. Don’t use him for mole removal or probably anything.

My husband just waited an hour and a half for the dr. During his checkup dr. Dellafield basically answered all his questions with “I don’t know.” He didn’t address all of our concerns by saying it would take too much time to answer all of your (3 questions) so we will have to pick and choose or I’ll have to charge you for two appointments. I've seen Dr. Delafield for several years now. He's the best doctor I've seen. I've found him to be extremely intelligent, insightful, personable, helpful. Sometimes there can be a bit of wait time in the afternoon hours, but it's worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Delafield.

I'm a new patient to Dr. Delafield and I've been completely satisfied so far. He and his staff were quickly able to renew the specialist referrals that were voided on my separation from the Army. He addressed all of my concerns, renewed meds, updated my records and scheduled a follow up appointment to address long overdue dermatology mapping (as I'm of the pale freckled variety). I've had no trouble being quickly connected to a "breathing" person on phone calls and they've shown the utmost courtesy. Sorry that this provider is retiring. This man is way too old to be in this practice...and I am contacting a lawyer to take his slow butt to the bank if I don't die this weekend.

I had a similar issue as the previous review, called for days to get my meds refilled. finally have to drive up t the office and had to wait for two and a half hours.

Dr. Delafield doesn't treat his patients like just another chart or appointment. He takes the time to listen, then advise. Dr. Delafield takes a holistic approach and is invested in the overall wellbeing of his patients. A personal testament to Dr. Delafield's superior level of care - While traveling abroad, I came down with an acute illness. Unable to communicate with local medical professionals, I contacted Dr. Delafield's office. Dr. Delafield quickly hopped on Skype to (successfully) help!

Grumpy, grouchy, and doesn't listen to his patients. Can't seem to keep a medical assistant either. I would quit too if my boss acted like he does.

I have been contemplating moving my father's care to another provider for some time. But have been reluctant because this is what he is use to and these days continuity is better for him. But this weekend was the last straw. I called the pharmacy early Friday morning to have several of his CHF meds refilled. Knowing how this office operates, I asked my sister to check up on the refills since I was working. She was unable to talk to a breathing person which is an issue I have experienced with this office as well. Saturday I picked up what was filled from the pharmacy and later that day I got a message from the pharmacy that his Coreg and Spironolactone had been denied. These are staple CHF meds (I am a nurse and work on a CHF unit). His fluid balance is always on the edge and any change in his meds sends him over the edge. So I called to talk with the MD on call. I never do this but my Dad is already up 6 pounds and we are trying to prevent a hospitalization. I was told that the Doctors mandated that they are never to be called for re-fills and this totally unsympathetic idiot would not budge on that. So I called the pharmacy to ask them when they actually received the denial and if they could provide a few days worth of meds until I could work this out. The denial was received on Friday and they could not advance any meds because they were denied. The office was not even courteous enough to call and give a reason why these meds were not being refilled. So guess what Dr. Delafield, you are fired. I will find someone reliable and knowledgeable about the elderly and CHF patients to assume care for my father. You have no idea how sick and tired I was of you asking my Dad if he was on Welchol for diarrhea. Really? Since he is a heart patient, it is for lowering his lipids.
