Highly recommend! She listens, supports and provides clear explanations. I am 71 years old and in excellent health. I wanted a Dr. who would support me in my health journey into old age. I wanted a family doctor for both my husband and myself. I trust that Dr. Sanchez will be that person!

Dr. Sanchez might be the best Doctor I have ever seen. She really is the best and is very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to change or just looking for a new Doctor.

My Doctor retired so I needed to choose a new Doctor, my wife suggested Dr Sanchez since that is who she has. I took her advice and scheduled an appointment with her, my appointment was at 11:30 on 10/06/21. I showed up right on time. There were 2 people in front of me at the check in, so after I was checked in I took a seat expecting to wait my turn. After about 2 to 3 minutes the nurse came out and said that the doctor refused to see me because she said I was 4 yes, 4 minutes late!!! The nurse said she told Dr Sanchez that I was not late and that she seen me standing in line. Sanchez refused to see me over 4 minutes and it was not even my fault, the nurse even told her that, but she still refused! The people in the waiting area were like, “That is crazy!!!” I left feeling pretty upset needless to say. I received a phone call right after I left from the supervisor who was very apologetic. I told her it was not her fault, she was very nice and she even offered to have me come back. I told her I am going to be choosing a new Doctor and she gave me a few choices which was very nice of her. I have never had a bad experience at pro health care, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My wife will be choosing a new Doctor as well. My time is as important as Dr Sanchez or at least I thought it was! Apparently Dr Sanchez feels differently!!!

Dr. sanchez, she is very caring person but she is my doctor and she has move on and left the. cass, county. she will be miss
