Great doctor. Love his professional service. Only issue...If you don't mind the automated phone system where it sometimes difficult to connect with someone, I would recommend as the doctor seems really good and nice and thorough. Although my second appt is tomorrow, we will wait and see how it goes. It went awesome BTW. The staff and doctor seems nice. They just need to update and improve the phone system. Great doctor. I have now seen Dr. Patel three times. Each time he has been attentive to my needs and spent plenty of time with me, never rushing me. His staff are also great to work with. Highly recommend Dr. Patel

worst place ever. i needed authorization so insurance would cover but they would not do it. i have been going at this place for 3 years but will switch.

My husband and I have been Dr. Patel’s patients for years. He truly listens, which I find rare in doctors, and impresses me with his knowledge and insight, which he communicates really well so that I feel I truly understand. Even when we don’t see him for long stretches of time, he gives us the impression that he remembers our past conversations. I feel seen as a human being, not just a medical condition herded through an office. The nurse practitioner is amazing, as well. The office is well run. Everyone is kind. You never wait too long. I almost hesitate to write this review because I have had great doctors in the past become so busy that it becomes impossible to get appointments when you need one. We moved to Georgia in 2018. We had to change so many people in our lives. Our pharmacist recommended Dr. Patel and we have not been disappointed. He listens and recommends the best treatment for us, not extreme procedures.

I have been going to see Dr. Patel for nearly 15 years. He is highly intelligent, professional, thorough, and compassionate. I have seen some of the best doctors in this country, and they have nothing on Dr. Patel! His accurate diagnoses and treatment plans have served me very well. You won’t find a more caring and efficient doctor and staff as with Dr. Patel and the Buford Medical Clinic.

Dr Patel takes care of my parents and my husband. Great Doctor

I see his associate, Lori Wenner, CRNP. Lori has been my mother's doctor for many years, so I went to see Lori when I needed a new GP. Lori listens to what you say regarding symptoms. She usually has some follow up questions. She takes her time and never rushes an appointment. I would highly recommend Lori. I also would recommend Dr. Patel. My mother has seen him as well and I give him the same review I gave Lori. The office staff is great too.

Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and patient.

Seen Dr Patel for the first time, and I feel very comfortable with him. He listen and referred me to a cardiologist right away.

The best of the best!

This office is the most unprofessional doctors office I have been to. They rush you in and get you out. They don't want to answer questions. Nurses are trerrible. You will die going to this office. You won't get cured you will just get sicker.

He is friendly, caring and interested in the problem and spends enough time with me or my husband to take care of it. If it is not his specialty he will send us to a specialist. I recommend him highly.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Patel as our primary care physician for about ten years. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr. Patel will take the time to ensure your understanding of your health concerns and needs in a very calming, patient manner....to use my husband's words, just a really nice man. In fact, my husband refused to see doctors for many years until I got him to see Dr. Patel. Now I get no hassle when his appointments are scheduled. Great Doctor!!

Dr. Patel is the most thorough and caring doctor I have ever had. My entire family sees him, and he always asks about each one of them. He remembers ensuring we have talked about from our last visit and he actually listens to me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Go in on a Friday pay a 45 dollar Co pay for them not to call in prescriptions go back up there on Saturday talk to Pat about prescriptions not being called in and she said oh yea the Dr. didn't call them in I'll make sure she does it today before we leave today. Long story short my prescriptions still aren't called in as of 430 Saturday afternoon now I have to wait till Monday. Going to the doctor is nerve racking enough but for me to pay and them not do their job is not worth it! We will be finding another doctor! Go in on a Friday afternoon pay my Co pay wait FOREVER to see the doctor for her not to call my prescriptions into the pharmacy. Go back up there Saturday morning tell Pat my prescriptions were not call in she responds with oh yea I guess she forgot I'll make sure she does it before we leave today. As of Saturday afternoon at 230 my prescriptions still have not been call in, now I have to wait till Monday. My family will be finding another doctor who is a professional.

New visit and was needing annual physical. Ok

At 10:45am I still haven't seen the Dr for my 9:15 and I was here 9am! I don't care what excuses theyay have. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL way to serve patients! Better communication needed - claim that a Tuesday is the busiest? Oh, and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly and pint peeling - how clean do hey keep the patient rooms? Yikes!
