I had an accident and needed to see a doctor a.s.a.p. The Doctor made sure all my questions were answered and asked someone to schedule a visit for me to see a specialist. The staff was friendly and the nurse went the extra mile to help me because I was unable to use my hand.

My appointment was for 10 am and she didn't get into my exam room until 10:50. I got there early which made the long wait feel even longer. The appointment felt rushed and she was focusing on things that were not important to me. I didn't feel like I was being listened to very well. Or I didn't feel comfortable talking so I just wanted the appointment to end and I will bring up concerns to another doctor at another time.
