Dr. Diego M Fiorentino

Dr. Fiorentino is an excellent doctor. His bedside manner is exceptional. He will work with you to determine the root cause of your discomfort. His recommendations are "spot on". He is knowledgeable in his field and if he feels that you should follow up with someone else he will offer a name, location, and phone number for a second opinion. Dr. Fiorentino is very good and although you may have to wait even if you have an appointment (not so bad now with the staggered appointments due to the Coronavirus) it is worth the wait. You will have his attention once he closes the door and the patient/doctor relationship is established. Top Doc!

So my 2nd Mom, P** is very special to many of us and she is in the +80 group of loved ones that are in the most vulnerable group during this Coronavirus Pandemic !!! That being said, P**’s primary care physician confirmed her well visit yesterday. An appointment that was not urgent and should have been cancelled by the doctor. But, that did not happen, so off to the doctor’s office P** went. Because what your doctor tells you, won’t hurt you, right?! ?? I found out after the fact and I am furious. This doctor has risked P**’s health, with a possible exposure to Covid-19. Family now has to monitor P**’s temperature and watch for symptoms for the next 14 days. This doctor is NOT a good doctor and does not care about a patients well being. Shame on him!?? As of Monday, Atlantic County was listed as 1 of the 5 highest counties for Coronavirus spread!!!??

Dr Fiorentiono is a wonderful Dr and very very intelligent! When writting bloodwork that lab has to sometimes ask him what is the test! The man who is name Charle is the funniest man you could ever meet! And it’s like one big family! Great Dr

Dr. Fiorentino treats many of my family members. He has always has been very thorough. He is available in any crisis and comes to the phone in the moment or calls back as soon as he can the same day. He really is very dedicated and cares very much. I am grateful for the care he provided to my Dad who is no longer with us.

I tried to make an appt for a wellness check. The very rude man that answered the phone when asked said he was Charles. He asked me if I had a doctor and when I saw them last, I said 2017, that Dr. Fiorentino wouldn't see me once a year because it wasn't worth it. I asked if he made policy for the doctor and he said " we know how he works and what he wants". I finally asked again if I can get an appt or not. He said no, even after advising I was calling my insurer. Avoid him

Terrible customer service. Asked questions and refused to answer them. Prescribed antibiotic and won’t tell me what it was for. The re epitomization talked terrible to us and was so rude

Dr Diego Fiotentino has been our family's doctor for many years. He is very dedicated to his patients. We value having him as our Doctor.

Dr. Fiorentino is the most caring, competent and professional doctor I ever had. The examination and tests are not rushed enabling the doctor to give excellent treatment. The patient is paramount and his concern is very evident.

While Dr. Diego is a good Dr, be prepared to wait in his office for at least 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time. If you have an emergency the office staff is not willing to work with your scheduled time at all. Unfortunately I will be finding a new doctor due to Dr. Diego's office staff. I accepted waiting 2 hours, having a 15 minute appointment, and the 20 dollar copay but the way your office staff talks to people, I will not pay that salary.
