Dr. Devin R Willis

I had a yearly wellness check with Dr. D Willis. I got a bill for this visit and this is the first time I am getting a bill for my yearly wellness check. When I checked with the DR office, I came to know that they billed both wellness check and office visit for this visit. One month before the wellness check with DR Willis , I got an ear infection and I went to urgent care and treated that. The urgent care DR prescribed the antibiotic and told me the sinus is the root cause of my ear infection and told me to take the nasal spray . I shared these details with the DR Willis and he confirmed the same. I already had an office visit with another DR for my ear infection and paid the bill for that visit. I called DR office and shared these information but after checking with DR , they stick on their office visit bill . I had to pay again to DR Willis for just sharing a past incident so i don't recommend this DR or office for any service I had a yearly wellness check with Dr. D Willis. Dr. Willis is a great doctor, the staff there is not so much. I was dealing with kidney stones so I scheduled an appointment for 8:45, so I show up for the appointment at 8:20 only to be told that I can't be seen by the doctor because my appointment was at 8. The lady that made the appointment wouldn't even come out and talk to me because she knew she told me 8:45. So after driving 45 mins to an appointment they won't let me have, but I'll still have to pay for, I have to go to urgent care or the hospital. Thanks for being there for your patients.
