Terrible experience, horrible customer experience. We've been a patient of Dr. Spray's for years, and have never had any issues with billing, getting the correct lenses, etc, but once she moved to this place, it's completely the opposite, (not her fault, but it's still a shame since her practice was so great before). It took them 3 tries to get our glasses right, which meant 3 trips there and back, (50 miles round trip), and they are still sending new bills related to our visit 9 months ago in September of 2015, even after everyone in the office assured us we had paid in full when we picked up our glasses, (when they finally got them right). I'd recommend going anywhere but here if you'd like to have quality service and have your monetary responsibilities represented in an accurate manner. Complete Vison Care always has super friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They also got my husband and I in the same day we called for appointments. The doctors are all extremely nice and helpful. This is an all around great place to go for all eye care needs.

Dr Wiles is great! We had to change eye doctors due to insurance. This year our insurance changed back to VSP. I could go back to my former Doctor, but I like Dr. Wiles and want to stay where I am. Thanks Dr. Wiles for going over everything with me and making sure I had no further questions. Your kindness is very much appreciated.
