Dr Taggard removed a tumor on my husband brain today and was very professional, friendly and the surgery went great!

For being 22 years old this was my second back surgery and by far this surgery with Dr.Taggard was the best thing i could ever do. My first surgery was with another doctor (very painful) i had the same surgery a year later with Dr.Taggard and not once did i feel any pain! I now walk straight with no pain, i sleep with no pain. I am pain free. Great doctor, friendly made me feel safe. Highly recommend. Mr husband was treated by Dr. Taggard for cervical spine surgery. His regular gp had ignored his requests for referral to investigate nerve tingling at the start to loss of 90% of movement in his right arm - couldn't even brush his teeth. When we finally found Dr. Taggard he advised surgery as soon as possible to try to prevent further damage. Surgery went extremely well, husband has complete use of arm with no big issues in recovery. Highly recommend Dr. Taggard to anyone who wants the best.

Great surgeon. ???? Dr Taggart did my lower back. As a RN nurse practitioner myself, we make the worst patients. I was impressed with his bedside manner and spot on clinical expertise. Thanks again doc.

Thanks to Dr. Taggart, his associates, and office staff for the wonderful care I have been given. After two years of constant pain, pain management procedures, spinal shots and inserts, and misdiagnosis by another neurosurgeon, I am virtually pain free and am beginning to walk again. I had had 3 prior back surgerys in the last 3 years and needed a 4th surgery, I had seen 3 prior surgeons, one did not want to do anything, the other wanted to remove three discs and conduct 3 fusions and then I was referred to a 3rd surgeon who never saw me after 4 months. I was referred to Dr. Taggart and within one week of the referral he saw me, explained visually with large screens showing MRI, then verbally explaining, then conducted physical eval. I had my 4th multi level back surgery within one week. Although I've had 4 back surgeries and will have chronic back pain, this has been to date my most successful back surgery. I pray I don't go in surgery again , but if I do its Dr. Taggard who going to do it!

I drove 5 hours to see Dr taggard. I waited 45 min to see him.he talked to me for 4 min.looked at my MRI and said yes they took out the tumour. He didn't explain anything.i was more confused when I left.

5th Back surgery- couldn't be more perfect When I was deciding on a surgeon for my 5th back surgery, I was really picky and didn't intend to have any Fresno surgeon because I couldn't find 5 stars, when in fact, I found a 5 star Dr. On our way to my decision making appointment, I saw he only had 3 stars and panicked, then I read them. As far as I am concerned the only reviews that matter to me were the surgeon reviews. Now there is where I . realized he actually does have 5 reviews. I understand the person with the long drive disappointment, but if your true life is on the line, Dr. Taggard is your man. I was awake and feeling good right away. There were no beds from 11 AM to 6:30 PM, so they let me go. I dont know why someone would give Dr. Taggard a bad review like the last one. My experience with him was great. I had a Lumbar fusion on L5/S1 and he corrected the slippage from spondylolthesis. It was a big surgery he went thru the front abdomen and then placed screws thru the back. He explained it throughly in my first appt, then came and talked to me before going under. Ive seen him every single appt post op and Ive had 3 so far. The neurosurgeon before him wanted to make me have 2 different surgeries, and Dr. Taggard done it in one because he's honest and caring not just after money. Plus my physical therapist said he done a great job because I recovered quickly was able to do what they had me doing and am off all pain meds. In my opinion he gets an A++. This wasnt my first surgery either and the other neurosurgeon wasn't anywhere near as good as Dr. Taggard. I dont know why someone would give Dr. Taggard a bad review like the last one.
