Did not follow up on a scan from 2013.then tried telling fam mbr it was their idea not to. Totally false Verbally rude to family and patient Seemed uncaring as he would not listen to how much pain patient was having...for over 18mths as a result he also missed the diagnosis calling it something else for over 18mths. What he really needs to do is to review the chart and labs before he goes into the outdated/small exam room instead of wasting the patients time reviewing it in front of them.Unprofe
