This doctors office gave me the run around for a week just to get an appointment scheduled, theybthen scheduled me an appointment but didn't tell me they did and then marked me as a no show...when I finally did get in to see them I wasn't taken seriously and was prescribed to low of meds...when I called to talk about this to let them know the meds didnt work..the penalized me for taking more than prescribed ( because it wasn't working) and refused to schedule another appointment. Also they never signed me up for the mandatory therapy. The nurses here are nasty and treat you as though you are less than human and are automatically lying. Do not go here if you are looking for help they will leave you feeling like there isn't any help out there. Dr. Criswell is a very knowledgeable doctor who works with his patients to find treatment options that are suited for them and their overall health and well being. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Criswell is reasonable and moderate in his approach to medicine. Also, the staff here are very helpful.

Receptionist and nurse very nice. First thing Dr. CRISWELL says when he comes in is I don't know why you're here. Procedes to talk me into getting on a medication with opioids in it. I said I didn't want to go through that again since I was already off the Percocet. He'd yell at me "you're not listening to me." He did this several times. Was treated poorly by him. he is an excellent doctor. treats without over medication.

I wouldn’t even come here if I was desperate. Dr. Criswell has no manners whatsoever and he doesn’t really care about the patients.

Went in for just a basic physical. Dr. Criswell and his staff were great. Put me at ease as soon as I checked in. In and out of the office quickly. Dr. Criswell really seems to take a personal intrest in his patients.
