I'm puzzled by some of these low ratings. I've been going to Dr. Gray since 2018 and I've never had a problem with him or staff. He always spends quality time with me and the staff is always friendly.
I've been going to Dr.Gray for 20 years he's never ever rude to me he will talk with me i can take my time asking questions this man is very busy and yet takes time to answer questions as far as im concerned Dr Gray saved my life when i first came here my health was a mess he changed my meds got me on right track I'll never forget it. Waited 50 min past my appointment time and everyone that came in after me was seen. This is not the only time that this is happened to me where I’ve been sitting for more than 30 minutes waiting for my appointment to be seen Office definitely needs to work on her scheduling and time management!
Horrible!!!!! So I missed my appointments okay life happen, very inconsiderate. I've been going to this office office atleast 4 years and when I say it was the worst decision I have ever made. Dr Gray he is okay but his staff especially the one that answers the phone is very inappropriate. They have a very bad report with alot of African Americans ???? Tony is wonderful and hopefully she sticks in there but other than that I will not recommend this office to nobody they just want the money and you can tell. No compassion. No understanding. No help. It's a office full of women who think they're better. I called to see if they have any recommendations to a new office and she basically said No in a very rude voice. Run!!!!! Horrible!!!!! They told me I was a difficult patient even though I had since the size of baseballs on my face and body refused to give me antibiotics and pain pills and they refused to release my medical records to me this was back in 2014 and I just turned 18 I might have been 17
People are right about the rudeness of the staff. I've never had a Dr or staff talk to me like they have. I highly recommend finding another Dr. They only care about income not the patient. Also not once have I seen anyone sanitize anything. Not even hands during a pandemic you would expect some changes but to totally disregard it is something that can't be explained away. I've been going to this doctor since I was 6 years old. He tells me things that are wrong with me when other doctors have no idea what's going on. He has no problem listening to you when it comes to having a story of things that are going on with you and will give you all the time you need to help you. Fantastic doctor. The staff however is very rude. I've heard them on multiple occasions talking badly about a patient they didnt like. The women there are very disrespectful. I've been going to Dr. Gray for twenty years. In my estimation he is a wonderful doctor. He is busy so you might wait a bit but it is worth the wait The staff is wonderful and always helpful, Doctor always listens and always responds. Sometimes it may not be what you want to hear but it's always what you need to hear. The office is spotless, the doctor is never sloppy as someone said. I would recommend him to anyone wanting good care.
He is out of date, hurried and does not spend time with me. He rushes me along. His office staff is rude and his office is dirty. There is something careless in his attitude. I got no kind vibes from him
Hes really awful. Not smart. Not up to date. Sloppy. Poor personality. Wont go back
He was late, sloppy, hurried, called me the wrong name. Has never helped me on first visit, have to go and go again. Does not listen
Ugh! Just mediocre over worked stressed sick of it told me so been around too long. Called wrong rx for me
I just didnt trust him, too iffy and acted like I was stupid. Hurried me and I did not get my wuestions answered
If you are looking for an office with consistently rude office staff that runs extremely late AND makes you fill out repetitive information even when you are already in their EMR and verified online then this is the office for you! Staff is nice and wonderful. But expect to wait hours to be seen, appointment made or not.
The doctor and staff are wonderful .I feel very listened to .
Dr. Gray is an awesome doctor. He saved my life 10 years ago by going the extra mile and because of that my cancer was caught in the early stages. He has been my doc for over 30 years and has always treated me with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Gray.
Didn't bother to tell me I had scoliosis. In the same sentence he said I wouldn't qualify for fmla but could get an epidural. Was more worried about using his buddies in his network than patients.

I am a 100% disabled veteran Was gave wrong prescription for my illness Waited 2 hours just to see a nurse practitioner. I seen better care giving at the VA!
Very long wait even with an appointment. I only saw Dr. Gray once and he was good but I couldn't stand the NP, blonde woman. She gave me bad medical news when I was only 18 years old and her bedside manner is terrible. Another time I requested something for my panic attacks and she told me to just commit myself to our lady of peace. Not kind, not a people person. I switched doctor offices after that. this is what i know.... do not see the nurse practitioner for any reason. when special notes are needed for work you will not get it from that person. you will suffer on your job because the doctor's staff will not allow you to see the doctor (who has the power to provide his patients with proper paper documents needed for work.) i never seen a place who wants their patients to suffer on the job and cause more bodily harm due to their unprofessional egotistical mind.
Dr. Gray is a great doctor and you don't have to wait long to see him .
Dr. Gray is very good. I have been going to him since he took over Dr. Spaldings practice, some 30 plus years ago. I called to get an appointment because I have an infection in my leg from an injury that I was treating myself. Desk person said since I hadn't been there in 3 years I would have to start out as a "new patient". I could have an appointment in one week. (I have an infection in my leg). I said thanks but guess I'll try Immediate Care instead.
I had two appointments with Dr. Gray. I left the first one thinking he was great. I left the second one thinking he was rude, inconsiderate, incorrect, and irresponsible. In addition, it is hard to get an appointment, and the wait in the waiting room was more than an hour. At the first appointment, Dr. Gray seemed to be considerate. This would turn out to be untrue. Originally, I went in because I was having ongoing chest pains. Even though it was not what I had come in for, he noticed I was also taking meds prescribed by my psychiatrist, told me he knew her and that she was good, and took the time to discuss those medications, my mental health, and how it could relate to my physical symptoms. I am diagnosed with major depression, anxiety/panic disorder and ADHD but per my psychiatrist was on a break from ADHD medications until my doctor could run blood work: Dr. Gray acknowledged this, instructed me to get the blood work and an echocardiogram, and to make a follow up appointment with him to discuss the results. He said at that time, if my psychiatrist still didn’t want me to resume the ADHD meds, he would have “no problem prescribing them himself” because those meds were known to help with anxiety, which could be a factor of the physical symptoms I was feeling, which could be manifesting again because of not taking the meds. I left feeling confident that he was a thoughtful physician. After the blood work and the echo, I returned to Dr. Gray for my follow up. It was a disaster. After waiting again for some time, he entered the room and immediately asked what I was there for and was I feeling unwell? It took me a moment to answer, because I thought if he didn’t remember me that he had at least looked at my chart before coming in. I said, “well I got my blood work and the echo,” and the look on his face was one of surprise, like someone realizing they are missing information—he then began flipping through his clipboard and said, “oh.” My blood work and the echo had come back with healthy results, and although they were sent to his office, to this day I am still unsure whether he ever saw them. He instead began reading his notes from my last appointment, and to my frustration, engaged me in a repeat of the conversation from my first appointment, and to my disbelief, came to an entirely different conclusion than he did previously. It was as if he had amnesia and became a different person. First, he began questioning my psychiatrist’s diagnoses as well as my meds. He asked, “what exactly are you diagnosed with?” and when I began, “major depression...” he cut me off and said, “well that’s meaningless.” He noted again that I was taking Abilify and asked if I “really thought I was bipolar” even though that was not my diagnosis. Bit by bit he tore apart what my psychiatrist and therapist were treating me for. Incredibly, he then ordered me to go get blood work again. I said, “but we did that last time, remember?” and he ignored me, saying to get it done and schedule a follow up with him again. He did not mention my anxiety/ADHD meds, which was the reason I was there in the first place, so I asked if I could resume them since my test results were good. In response, he asked if my job was stressful. I said not particularly, no, but I have trouble focusing and you said they were effective for my anxiety. He said, “come back when you have a stressful job where you need ADHD meds and we can talk then.” My jaw dropped. I threw away the new blood work order as I left the office and have not been back. Not only did he not listen, not only was he duplicitous, not only was he rude, but he confused me so much about my mental diagnosis, something that I never put on the table for discussion, that I also stopped seeing my psychiatrist and therapist, doubting everything. I’m still searching for all new doctors. Avoid this man. He and his office are not to be trusted. I had two appointments with Dr. Gray. I left the first one thinking he was great. Great doctor and services. My Dr. for 30 years
My experiences with Dr. Gray have always been a pleasurable, informative and great concern show with regard to my visits. He is very thorough. He is very personable. I have never been disappointed in any treatment or diagnosis. Dr.. Gray is very knowledgeable and experienced. His opinion is very trustworthy. He takes care of my entire family. We all have a great appreciation for Dr. Gray. He's the best in our opinions.
At first appt he supported my psych’s request for blood work/echo to ensure I was able to resume ADHD meds and said he had no problem prescribing them himself. Test results came back healthy but in follow-up Dr. Gray did a 180, forgot who I was, didn’t read my charts, didn’t review test results, criticized psych’s diagnosis, told me “major depression is meaningless,” forgot we did blood work and told me do it again. Asked if I could resume ADHD meds, he said “no, come back when you have a job.”

Is there anyone else that Dr Grays staff has told you. If you do not get a pap smear you have to look for another doctor. Because the insurance has made this mandatory?
