I have been a patient of Dr. Cressman for years. She is always very professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend her !! Also her staff is always very professional and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with their office.

Everytime my grandmother calls with a concern the answer is always "go to the EMERGENCY ROOM". she called stating she has some abdominal pain , not severe, no fever, no loss of consciousness, not dehydrated --- NOT WORTHY OF AN ER VISIT and this again was the answer. "We suggest going to the ER. We cant order any of the tests needed, the insurance wont pay for it if we do order them and we dont have any appointments." This is part of the problem with our healthcare system LAZY DOCTORS REFUSING TO SEE THEIR PATIENTS AND PUSHING THEM OFF TO THE ER FOR NOT ER WORTHY REASONS. THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE A SEVERAL HOUR WAIT TO BE SEEN AT THE ER! Why should she go wait HOURS TO SEE AN ER DOC, waste time and precious resources when her family doctor can see her, assess and order some tests !!!! Dr. Cressman has always taken the time to explain any medical issue Ive had. Just recently, I received 2 phone calls directly from Dr. Cressman, after tests showed s serious issue. She continues to be very supportive and, I continue to appreciate her compassion and concern. In addition, her staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctors office. Dr. cressman does not listen to her patients and doesn't return phone calls. She looks for obvious solutions but dismisses you if you have a real medical issue that might take time to figure out. The office Is unorganized and the staff is incompetent.
