Dr. Derderian presents as very nice and takes her time with her patients, but watch for erroneous, phantom or double billing from her office!! The unethical billing issues made me leave.

She’s a fantastic doctor and I feel she has been able to help me with all of my addressed issues and super easy to talk to!

I have arrived for my visit 10 minutes late, there was nobody in the waiting room; by the time I had my temperature taken and waited for the receptionist to get off the phone was just a little over 15 minutes late. I was told that my appointment had to be rescheduled because I am over 15 minutes late, at least 7 minutes was waiting for service. I was so shacked, especially since I waited at least 15 minutes for the doctor during my previous visit and without a word of complain excepted her apology. Let me repeat, there was NO patients in the waiting room! I will not go back nor would I recommend such carless medical practice office to anyone.

Dr Derderian is a great doctor! I just started seeing her within the past 6 months and already feel very comfortable with her. During our appointments she truly listens, answers all my questions/concerns, and I never feel rushed

One of the worst primary care doctors I've had. Everytime I saw her it was like she had never seen me before. No follow up and would rather talk about anything rather than your medical needs. Does she really want to be a doctor?

Office staff is fantastic - be it phone or in Person Have interacted with one person Art during past few visits (over 6 months or so) - she is attentive and helps to the extent possible Dr Deborah Derderian is fantastic physician - to the point - and conservative in dispensing meds

The receptionists are INCREDIBLY rude (besides Art, she is the only one who treats you like an actual human being). These women are degrading and insensitive and I would not recommend Dr. Derderian because of how difficult it is to work with them.

I seriously don’t know how this doctor gets a 5 star rating. I wish I chose another doctor. She is a complete nightmare. If I could give her no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else. Believe me you will thank this review in the end. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to you. Good riddance!

Dr. Derderian was down to earth and extremely informative. I do not feel rushed and she took the time to listen to my issues and made me feel so much better. She is a fantastic practitioner and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Derderian is a very compassionate professional I felt an ease with her that I don't often get when starting in a new practice She listens and covers all bases. Even after a second appointment she has already gained my trust. In my experience, she is a unique find.

Dr. Derderian is a fantastic practitioner. She cares about my issues and takes the time to listen and understand my needs. She is great with follow up and ensuring that my medical needs are always taken a priority with her. She's always friendly and helpful whenever I need her.

Dr Derderian herself is great. She is kind and easy to talk to. The facility she was at though (she has now left) was difficult to work with. You had to make appointments a year in advance (or get on a cancellation list) and getting a hold of a nurse was always a game of telephone tag.

Dr. Derderian was my PCP when I lived in Uxbridge, MA. She took me on as a patient at a time when I really needed a great doctor to oversee my primary care. I had developed diabetes and a heart condition and while my first patient appt. wasn't for another six months, once we knew that I had these problems, she scheduled me in the same day that I called the office. She has always been attentive, friendly, and concerned about my well being. I highly recommend her.

On several occasions I haven't been able to make my appointment and she won't send me my prescription until I personally see her. For anyone unfamiliar with being off of an SSRI, it's basically hell. I am seriously depressed and crying everyday and she doesn't care at all. The receptionists are the rudest people I have ever talked to. All in all, she doesn't care about her patients' well being or mental health. I'm sure I'd be seen if I had the sniffles, but anything more and you're screwed.

Horrible Doctor doesn't care about her patients her practice is run like a factory. If you have serious medical conditions an not white not the Doctor for you.
