Amazing office from email to reception to hygienist and doctor!! Would definitely recommend, 20 stars !

Dr. Yoder and his staff are wonderful! He is truly dedicated to helping his patients. My husband had some issues that needed to be addressed but had other factors that we’re keeping him from resolution. Dr. Yoder was the only dentist who offered to come up with a plan to help him. We definitely trust him with our families dental health.

I say it every time…they take good care of me despite my dentist phobia issues. They certainly were not the cause of the phobia, nor have given me a reason to still have it. They are a great facility!

Everyone was very nice. Very efficient. The office is state of the art.

Dr Yoder & all his staff are the BEST!!! They are kind, compassionate, supportive, & helpful. They are AWESOME!!! They listen to your wants, fears & problems with anything they want to do or work on & they are never judgy or make ya feel less than enough no matter what. They treat everyone with respect & they will patiently explain everything until you understand what is gonna be done, what needs to be done or what changes are needing to be done for whatever reason I wouldn't go anywhere else

Excellent!! I felt very welcome and appreciated from first calling to make an appt. to my first appt. Chandra gave me a walk-thru, did my cleaning and x-rays. She was very professional and articulate in her findings and explanations of the process of getting my dental health on track. Dr. Yoder was great as well on his examination and explanation of his findings and options to achieve my goals. I'm looking forward to getting my issues resolved and I feel confident that Dr. Yoder is the dentist to do it. Rhonda laid my plan options out for me in great detail and was very helpful in addressing all my concerns. All around great team!! Very impressive!!

Dr. Yoder is the best! My husband needed some additional dental care but had some extenuating circumstances preventing treatment. Dr. Yoder was genuinely interested to see how he could resolve the issue, he came up with a plan which allowed my husband to undergo the procedure. Dr. Yoder was the only dentist who offered to address the issue, we’d been to several but no one else was concerned enough to work out a solution. We had only been to Dr. Yoder for a couple of cleanings when he inquired why the issue had not been addressed. Dr. Yoder and his staff are wonderful! Chandra and Karyn are great, they are very professional and friendly. Karyn always takes care to ensure my husband is comfortable.

The people are super friendly, I just pick up conversations from last time I was there like talking to friends. They are always quick and honest. They give me procedural options to improve my oral health but let me make that decision myself without feeling forced.

When we arrived, we called the office to tell them we were outside (per previous instructions). Within a minute, they brought some paperwork out to the car for us to fill in. Another few minutes (about 3) one of the assistants same to get paperwork and escort us into the office. After we (wife and I) finished, we immediately left. Office was run very efficiently. It was a very clean environment. All personnel had masks and washed hands immediately before we sat down and after we got up. About as safe environment as you could ask for. Had absolutely no concerns about our health.

Just had my appointment for x-rays and cleaning. Everyone at Tyger River is so friendly. Also, Dr. Yoder takes pains to check into anything that may look suspicious from the x-rays just to make sure there is nothing that needs to be corrected.

I am terrified of the dentist due to a childhood experience. My experience at Tyger River changed that. From walking in the front door to check out, everyone was helpful and the service was excellent. I received a tour of the facility as a new patient so I was comfortable in the office. My hygienist told me everything she was doing prior to doing it and was amazing at cleaning my teeth. The dentist was amazing as well. Very thorough and explained everything and provided a plan of action. Checkout was excellent. I would recommend Tyger River Family Dentistry to anyone. Best dentist experience I have ever had. As many people, I hate going to the denstist. A combination of unpleasant experiences, unaffordable care, and lack of patient care had lead to this. Dr. Yoder and his staff were phenomenal. Upon arriving, I was given a tour of the office, a new pateint gift bag, and very thoroughly asked about my expectations, in terms of my teeth. The staff was friendly- everyone of them I had encountered. While the office was busy, Dr. Yoder was efficient, but still attentive to answer all my questions. His efficiency definitely proves he is well practiced. His staff definitely hyped him up and I was not let down. I will say that he can be a little rough. I do think this correlates to his efficiency. He is not trying to baby patients, but rather get work done quickly and to the highest standard. Charity was an absolute sweetheart. She is good at keeping things calm and fluid. She communicates well with her staff and patients. She seems to generally care about the well being of the patients in the office. All the ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient. While I am out of network for this office, they seem willing to work with you (financially) to get work done. If you are unsure of attending an office with over 1200 reviews and 4.9 stars I am here to tell you to take the leap. What do you have to lose?

I was concerned that I might have a abscessed tooth but as it turns out it was a inflamed gum issue. The team with Dr Stevens did a great job to get me in with an hour notice and took care to rule out an abscess. With the weekend about to arrive it’s better to be safe than sorry. Nice to have a team you can count on in that unplanned time of need.

I just had my first visit there and it was awesome! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and my teeth are really white! I recently moved to the area and had the same dentist for years, and I am not a huge fan of changing dentists. It was a fantastic experience and they recommended the same treatment my previous dentist recommended which makes me know that I am receiving the same level of excellent care. The Dentist and hygienist were really nice, knowledgeable and ensured I understood my care and answered any questions. I highly recommend Tyger River Family Dentistry! I have been going to Tyger River for a looong time (close to 10 yrs mabe) & Dr Yoder & his staff are great, ALWAYS!!! They are friendly, caring, compassionate, understanding, upbeat, smiling, nice & helpful with anything & everything. They will help you understand what can be done, should be done,& will be done whether the work is done then or later. Going to the dentist is not always fun, especially for me, but Tyger River makes it the best as possible every time... oh & they added a family room for parents who are there for kids & a playroom for kids who are there for parents or siblings... I know it's hard to believe it but you can actually have a great time at the dentist. The staff here a tyger river are amazing and personable. They take great care of my teeth and have a good laugh at my jokes! A bedside manner is everything in Medi-Cal or dentistry and these folks have it!

This was a regular checkup and very pleasant and thorough. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. They are ready for the patient at or very soon after my arrival.
