Dr White has improved my health greatly. I feel good at age 74. He is able to connect with me on lots of levels. My wife loves him as well. We are so thankful that we have him as our doctor.

Have been going to Dr white over 10 yrs now. He is a very good doctor. Staff is very good at what they do. They try very hard to do what is best for the patients. Sometimes the patient thinks otherwise.If you think you can do better then open your own Dr. Office. You should have self diagnosed an self medicated before you seen a Dr

While recovering from Covid at home called with questions about digestive issue. I was screened by answering service and placed in line for Dr White. When Dr White on phone I was told cut to the chase which I did to which he responded don’t call Dr on Sunday about that call office in morning. Second time this doctor has been extremely rude. If not appropriate answering service should not have forwarded call to Dr. I realize the gravity of Covid and do not wish to waste time but GI issues are a problem for me snd I hoped to get a yes or no of what might help and avoid further complications. 5* for the Doctors are great. Their front desk staff and nurses get -5 stars. (and no, this has nothing do due with the changes going on with COVID-19. the following issues have been on going and are reflected by other peoples reviews.) The staff can be rude and act as if they don't care, and don't get prescription refill requests to the doctors to sign in a timely manner. I called on a Monday because I needed my doctor to fill out a new prescription form to get my refills. called Tuesday, not ready, called Wednesday, not ready, called Thursday, not ready and was told I needed to call 48 hours ahead for a prescription. I explained that I called Monday and it's now Thursday and they are telling me its not ready. I was told it would be ready Friday by noon. So I called Friday at 1230 to confirm if it's ready and was told "the nurse just put it on the doctors chair to sign". I asked if it would be ready between 1-115pm so I can get it. I was told "maybe, who knows?". I told her I need to know because I would be taking my lunch to come get it and would not have another chance to get it since they close after I get off work. She said "well all I can tell you is you can come and wait in your car and keep calling in here to see if it's ready and if you have to go, then come back on Monday when we reopen." This is the second time(I'm a 3 strikes and your out kind of person) this has happened and I wrote down the names of the staff including the "office/floor manger" I spoke to each day. I will be talking to my doctor about this problem when I have my next appointment with him. Because if this happens one more time, I'll be looking for another Doctor who has a better staff. My prescription medicine is a life saving one and if I don't keep taking it my health does go down fast. Dr. Harper & Dr. White, your staff are causing major problems for your people, it's time to step up and figure out what's going on with the staff you have hired. 5* for the Doctors are great. I have called literally 8 times today since 10am with no response. I was told yesterday that I have strep and my medicine still has not been called in. I also am waiting on Covid results and they will not even answer the phone. I have been going to dr white for years and every single doctor in there treats you like you’re not really sick or like they don’t care. They try to force you into the Covid shot and don’t listen to you when you’re actually sick. This is a constant thing and it’s seriously getting so old. Dr. Harper is an excellent pediatrician, however, the front staff never answers the phone, and rarely return phone calls or portal messages.

Always courteous, always clean,. You do have to keep up with your own stuff and keep your own interest at heart.

Dr. White is very thorough and agressive with his treatment... A few years ago his office staff had some issues but that has since been resolved... If I need to be seen they do their best to work me in... Every specialist that he has referred me to I have liked as well... Everyone that I have referred to him is just as pleased with him as I am.. Never get threw on phones ..

The scariest doctors office I've ever been in. The place is filthy and, smells real nasty. I was afraid of catching somthing just being in exam room. The staff is very rude and treat the elderly patients like they are a real bother and very disrespectful to them. The wait time is unreal. I've been Dr. Whites patient for more than a decade. He always listens and treats me as an informed patient which I am and thankful for his acknowledgment. His office manager has always considered my personal needs and the office is extremely accommodating.

Dr White is patient and will listen to his patients. One caveat: the staff is not the best at returning calls. But his service is second to none. I don't see too many children in the office.

I watched a lady that came out of surgery less than a week sit for 45 minutes. While others walk in and walked straight back. She was there when I got there and when I left. Embarrassing. Either the front staff have no compassion or the purest possible customer service. There must be a VIP lane here.

Squeezed me in today for a follow up. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. There is hardly anyone here... Come on... I was looking for a family doctor... I guess this isn't the one.

Dr. White seems very knowledgeable in his field, he is my daughter's pediatrician. However, the front office is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. They NEVER pick up the phone. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. White and apparently, as a new patient, their office manager requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment, like a hotel reservation! I was appalled that the first two questions asked were about my insurance, which I have UHC, and my credit card number. Who would give a complete stranger your credit card number over the phone prior to making a dr appointment? That doesn't sound ethical or legal to me. No thanks!

Excellent doctor. Always compassionate, looks to both address immediate and potential problems, very proactive in recommending diet/exercise plans to keep me healthy. Highly Recommend

Great office have been a patient for years they all know my name very caring and knowledgeable

Dr. White and his staff took great care of my son when he was sick. They were able to work us in for a same day appointment and saved me the expense of visiting an urgent care center or emergency room.

Great doctor and his new staff provides quicker and more reliable service!

Saw him for over 2 years ... staff is terrible, business practice terrible. Had some serious issues that needed a doctors attention and couldn't get an appointment and was then chastised by White for being demanding when I finally did see him. The staff simply won't follow up with you. Every time I've had routine testings (2 annual visits), I've had to call to get results ... "We'll call you." is their response, but don't expect it.

Dr. White is a wonderful doctor. However the office staff is horrendous!!!!!!! I called to let them know that I had switched to mail order prescriptions, the girl did not ask for my name but said I will let them know... REALLY!!! What will you let them know... I had to stop her before she hung up and tell her my name. My mother also waited 3 months to hear back about a appointment with a specialist. Very disappointed. GET NEW STAFF!!!!

Seemed good on initial visit. Staff was to order follow up, it never happened. Became ill, tried to see him, staff told me they were booked. Went to immediate care center. Was not getting better, called Dr. White and again was told he was booked for next two weeks. Scheduled appt and waited to discuss not being able to get in (whole purpose of establishing a new doc!) Did not see Dr. White, some other person, who apologized for test never being ordered. Finally, test ordered was wrong test

Dr. White is down-to-earth, knowledgeable,and friendly. He will tell you what he would do if it was he or his family but not try to push you into anything.
