Excellent. Thorough, very good Doc.

My mother (92 yo) went to Dr. Vidrine because of a sudden onset of hearing loss. I wasn't able to be there with her. Despite sending my POA and medical POA, the practice has never sent me any information on her visit, doctor's notes or diagnosis. Customer service for SC ENT is non-existent. I am very dissatisfied, will never use them again.

Dr. Vidrine is very patient with my baby. He explains everything very well.

110 Highland Center. The entire visit was non-eventful. The staff was efficient and courteous. I did not see a doctor however. I only saw the PA. She was fine. My expectation was that I see a doctor on my first visit, then maybe the PA for follow-ups. That was disappointing.

I don't have room here to describe my experience in this text box. Let it suffice to say after getting a referral to Vidrine from my Dr,, after being ill for 3 mo, After visiting this place 3 times over 2 months I saw Vidrine once for about 10 minutes for a cursory examination and another round of antibiotics and corticosteroid therapy, he cancelled my last appointment. Then his staff lied about calling me to reschedule the appointment and denied it even though I showed them my phone log!

I really like Dr Vidrine. He is patient and explains his recommendations. Unfortunately hishe admin staff are unprofessional and rude.
