Great Chiropractor and Friendly Staff! I'm not from the area and out of the many chiropractors I've gone to, he is the best! Great prices, friendly and helpful staff, and he knows how to help you. So many good things to say about this place!

David is the best chiropractor I've ever been to and I've been to many over the years. His knowledge of supplements is incredible. Best part is he will take the time to explain what's going on and help you plan for prevention of it re-occuring. He's also the first chiropractor I've had that didn't try to schedule three follow up appointments before you leave from the first one! I can't say enough good about him and his staff. Great chiropractor, not a rush to crack you

I had went to the ER in Roseau and had follow up appointments in Roseau with no relief, I was getting worse. I was numb from my chest down and walking was getting really hard. I have been going to Verworn for years and he's down awesome for me. When I told him my symptoms he wouldn't touch me and said I needed to get to Fargo ASAP. So i went the same day and was diagnosed with Transverse myelitis (body was attacking my spine) 6 days in the hospital and outpatient therapy I'm starting to improve. Nothing but good things heard about the guy highly recommend!

There's nobody better. I've moved a ways away now but I still order products through Dave as I'd like to support him in any way. Several occasions where I messed up my back so bad I could barely walk and he could fix me in one or two appointments. He will never push you to come back 3, 4, or 5 plus times in a row. One time my back did not get any better and he had me come in the next day for free and fixed me up and sent,me on my way. All around great guy. There's nobody better. Dr.Verworn is awesome!

I have gone to Dave on many occasions in a great deal of discomfort. He takes care of it almost like magic. And he does it in one treatment. I went to another Chiropractor in the area for the same back problem I normally see Dr Verworn for every couple years or so, as he was unavailable. After the first treatment, an hour later, I was almost unable to walk. As I was leaving that "doctor" set me up with three more appointments! I was flat on my back after that. And I waited for Dave to come back One appointment. Like always. Good as new. Guy is a saint and Warroad is lucky to have him. And the cordial staff! A while after having painful L5S1 back surgery, I hurt my lower back and feared that I had ruptured another disc. I immediately consulted a Chiropractor in Sioux Falls, who was unable to relieve the pain and more importantly, was not able assure me that I had not ruptured a disc. He told me to return for a follow-up appointment in a couple of days. I had a similar experience two days later when I visited a Chiropractor in Fargo, who was unsure if I had ruptured another disc. He too, told me to come back in 3 days for a second appointment. In pain and worried about having to undergo another back surgery, I went to the Warroad Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. David Verworn told me to sit on the chiropractic table and stretch out my left leg. I did so and he immediately assured me that I had not ruptured a disc. Dr. Verworn then made just one adjustment and the pain disappeared. After thanking him profusely, I asked Dr. Verworn when I should return. He said "that's up to you; you will decide if and when you need to return." Wow - no more pain, no more worries and no more expensive and meaningless return trips. I have travelled the world, and only one other Chiropractor even comes close to Dr. Verworn and he is a well known Professor of Chiropractic Sciences.
