I would recommend Dr. Snow to anyone because I know they will be in good hands! He actually takes the time to listen to your needs and makes sure that you have what you need to become better. Going to him has changed my life for the better!

There's really no other way to say it. Doctor Snow point blank saved my life. I have been seeing him for 8 months and saw improvement within myself from the very first visit. I’ve seen Dr. Snow for over 10 years. He’s a very knowledgeable doctor who stays informed on current a new medications that may help his patients. He is also personable, has a good sense of humor, and makes you feel comfortable in his office. The front office staff is very competent, helpful, and nice to everyone.

Honestly, the only doctor I trust at the moment. Compassionate! Nonjudgmental. Listens to me when I tell him what’s working what’s not. Wants to know what’s going on in all aspects of my life. I seriously think this man cares about his patients!! Obviously, extremely knowledgeable & experienced. I wish he could be my primary care doc too. I feel blessed to have found him. Staff are extremely kind & helpful.

He goes out of his way to be a ray of hope in a time of darkness. Caring, concerned, available I thank God for him.

Dr. Snow has been treating me for the past 15 years. He has been, and continues to be, the best doctor in my life treating my illness. If I lived in another state, I would travel back for my appointments!!

Have seen Dr Snow for over 20 years. He is always up on the latest research, gives comedic relief when needed. Never wait to long to see him. I wish all drs office were like this. I hope he NEVER retires. Really appreciate a great dr and this is definitely. one of them!!!

Dr Snow has been my provider for over 10 years. He's like a close friend to me now and has helped me so much.

I had been through 3 Drs and numerous medicine's before finding Dr Snow. I've been going to him for years now. He's always on time & I've never had to wait. Best doctor EVER and the staff is just as amazing!

Wonderful doctor.....very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk receptionists are very personable as well. I've used him for years and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Snow and his staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Snow is very personable and has a fantastic sense of humor. His staff is friendly and they always seem willing to assist with my medical needs.

Dr. David Snow has literally saved my life. He is compassionate, funny, listens, and doesn't poo-poo you. I would recommend him to anyone but particularly to someone who isn't just starring into the abyss but fallen into it. God Bless him

He was the very BEST. He knew all about u when entering. He's always happy. I love that his dog there. He used 2 b so helpful/caring. Now all sessions start with the computer not working. Get's meds mix up I hate that he has training student sit n & he's different mean & he says he' sorry. I can't deal with mean That's my problem I don't need 2 pay 4 that. He has 1 girl that is really great. I don't want 2 hurt any 1 just trying 2 get some relieve. I thought I would @ my apt. 2 today.

This so called dr is horrible! My daughter relocated from DC and he never requested her medical records from her dr. She brought her "boyfriend" she had met on the Internet and has only known for 3 months & let him answer questions about her. He has put her on horrible medications, based off of the answers. I'm in the process of reporting him to the Tennessee medical board. Should lose his license, or maybe that's acceptable for Tennessee.... I have a degree in psychology. Not ethical! I have been seeing Dr Snow since 2011 he is an Excellent Physciatrist. He takes the time to listen to you. Office Staff is a great group of Ladies ..

I would like to stand up for Dr. Snow, he's been wonderful I've only been seeing him a couple months and he's drastically improved my life. Ever since I was 5 I would pull my hair and i didn't know why I did it but I just had these urges to do it and I didn't understand why and Jessica Moore, my mom, would tell me people are going to think I'm a freak and she would threaten to take certain toys away if she caught me doing it. and yeah maybe she got a degree in psychology but that was like 20 years ago and she has NEVER been even a practicing psychologist so I don't know why she thinks she can just go against a REAL doctor like that and think that her little "degree" means that she actually knows better than a doctor who's been in practice for years and had helped so many people including her own daughter. Jessica Moore had my phone shut off which is fine, I'm an adult I can handle my own phone, but she's the one who cuts me off the line and then a couple weeks later sends me a message basically blaming me for cutting off all ties with the family. I still talk to my family I just haven't been talking to her. if you want to get to reach me you shouldn't have shut off my phone. that makes no sense. I've got a new one and my biological dad and sister and everyone i know in Tennessee has it but you aren't going to get it until you just STOP and leave me alone stop ruining everything for the people around me just because you're mad I moved out and away to live with my boyfriend who I have KNOWN for over 2 years and DATED for 2 years and have been LIVING with for 3 months. she can't even give my relationship any validity so if anyone on the Tennessee board actually bothers to listen to Jessica, don't worry about anything. she's just grumpy because I'm happier here than I was at home. Dr. David Snow is a wonderful and brilliant doctor. I have been seeing him for a year and a half. He has helped me beyond expectations. He is a very kind, caring and ethical psychiatrist. I have been to other psychiatrists and they didn't help or listen to me. Dr. Snow listens carefully and takes in everything you're saying, so he can make the right diagnosis and treatment plan. If I have any problems with my medication, he is always ready to help with finding another one. He focuses on finding the right medication for your problem, even if it takes several medications to find the right one. Everyone is different and needs personal attention given to finding the right medication. He is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen! He is wonderful! Period!!
