I lost the filling. I called this morning and I was able to get in today and get it taken care of. Didn't even need Novocaine.

It was time for x-rays as well as the 6 month cleaning/checkup. As usual, I was treated like a family member. Shellene is so easy and careful, yet thorough. Dr. Smith was efficient and easy to understand. The gals out front were helpful and kind. Willing to answer questions as needed.

Great. My first time. The whole staff was great. He was able to smooth a problem tooth the first time. Had been tried by the dentist who originally had done the work twice. Very pleased with Dr Smith and the staff.

We have been seeing Dr. Smith for more than 13 years. Today I was able to get a quick appointment for a chipped tooth and he did the filling on the spot. I appreciate his consideration of my time and fitting it in.

Yes the tooth got pulled, yes the dentist had to inject me 4 different times, yes I had to demand a script for pain medication! This dentist is capable, but he and his entire staff really need some instruction in chairside manner, treatment of patients, and professionalism! Hey Doc…don’t try to pass your beliefs onto others…I could care less if you don’t want to take pain meds…you took an oath to do no harm…I think sending patients home to sit in excruciating pain with improper tools to combat that pain is cruel! I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith if you like being taken care of by insensitive robots who don’t care about you or your well being!!

Staff was great from the time I walked and was taken to exam room. The assistant that took my exams was quick and obviously good at what she dies because there were no retakes. Dr Smith has great chair side. If you live In Fremont county, he’s should be your dentist.

It was my first visit with Dr. Smith and his staff and it was a very good experience. I experienced an unexpected tooth issue and Dr. Smith took the time and resolved my issue. I've never felt better. I'm going back in a month for a cleaning.

Dr. Smith is a great dentist. He took care of me in an emergency, got me in right away. He is also very honest! I am so thankful that I found him for my dentist. He is also very gentle and kind. I get very nervous going to dentist but I don’t get nervous going to him.

Great! Did a root canal (emergency at the height of the corna-19 virus scare and Dr. Smith did not need to see me, but he did. He rocks.), He prescribe antibiotics before the root canal could be completed, finished the procedure and then installed temporary crown. Next day he did my bi-annual cleaning and very professional. What a great dentist!!!!

My husband and I have gone to Florence Family Dentristy for several years now. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I have never had a problem scheduling and they have called me back to move my appointment up if they have cancellations and I need to get in sooner. Thank you Marla! Dr Smith is always very gentle when examining my mouth. I have a hard time "getting numb" and there is never an issue with Dr. Smith working with my pain sensitivity and giving me more novocaine (or whatever ADA currently reccommends.) Shalene is wonderful and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Again, Shalene is gente when cleaning my teeth and they come out squeaky clean.

Having been to several dentists in the last forty seven years I just had to write this review. Dr. Smith rates on the top of dentists I frequented. He is very caring, very experienced, and demonstrated he is highly skilled in this profession. As an added benefit he has a gentle touch when working inside your mouth. His fee for services I found to be very reasonable. Thanks Dr. Smith!! :)
