New patient appt today. No wait, super friendly staff to my 7 year old somewhat anxious daughter. He listened to my concerns and trusted my mommy judgment and recommended the most conservative treatment. He could have opted to offer the much more expensive route but didn't. He spent a lot of time visiting and explaining to us. Loved the whole experience.
