I have seen many doctors in my lifetime and by far this one is the tops. He spends all the time you want. Answers all your questions. Is so kind and courteous. Makes you feel at ease to share any concerns you are having. You KNOW he cares. Does not act like the holier than thou doctor thing like most doctors do. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll find out. I know he'll be there for me if something happens to someone in my family. We all go to him. Bottom line, he's just the best!

Dr. Penn is very professional Doctor and is easy to understand and talks plainly about symptoms and issues with treatments. He is always respectful and courteous and kind and caring and anyone would be fortunate to have him as their Physician
