I would have appreciated a call to reschedule my appointment but instead I took my afternoon off from work just to wait an hour in a room full of patients that were waiting to go back as well. I left because it was apparent I’d be waiting at least another hour. I’m not retired and I get paid for my time. I’d appreciate your respect for my time.

I don’t leave many feedbacks. Just wanted to thank Dr D. And his staff. My experience with them was awesome. He found I had infection in one eye he’s treating. Anyone looking for a eye doctor. Look no further call and schedule you a appointment. Thanks again Dr. D and staff.

Amazing eye care center and Dr. Dickman is 1st rate. Dr. Dickman performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I haven't seen this clearly in over 3 years. I had been experiencing what I thought was a simple dry eyes issue. Dr. Dickman diagnosed serious cornea disease. Throughout this past year, he has monitored my condition, adjusted my medications and helped to restore the health of my eyes. I am now pain free and back to wearing contacts.

Great customer service. I was visiting family and one of my contact lenses developed a tear. They gave me a trial one to replace it so I could drive back home. Thanks so much !

Dr. Dickman is thorough, patient, professional and friendly at the same time. He saw me on an emergency basis and my husband at a later date for a laser procedure. We felt very confident in his experience and knowledge at all times. Dr. Dickman takes time to explain everything to you. His entire staff are very respectful and pleasant. Nellie, at the front desk is very approachable and open to questions. Assistants Jackie and Melissa make you feel comfortable from the start. Great office.

My wife and I both see Dr. Dickman. He is an excellent clinician, he is thorough, and he is very personable and friendly. His staff are helpful and they handle insurance filing efficiently. Highly recommended if you have any sort of eye issues or even if you just need an eye exam for glasses.
