Dr. Duet demonstrates objective decision making based on objective medical findings. He works to preserve workplace safety for all. He is very compassionate and practices true professionalism. I appreciate all his efforts.

Very intelligent physician

Dr. Duet is one of the most intelligent human beings that I know. I understand most frustrations when it comes to his fit for duty determinations, but these are based on medical facts and not for the purpose of patient/employee satisfaction. He is an awesome physician and always has the best interest of the employee at heart even though the patient/employee may not agree.

Dr. Duet makes up his own rules to abide by and if he does not like you then he will not help you. He makes you work very hard if you need him to clear you for any medical needs. He makes Edison Chouest not a likable company. All captains, deck hands, engineers, wear house works, forklift driver all avoid him like the pleague! He has turned my interest off with working for ECO and many others too. It is very unfortunate.

My sister came down on 8/15/14 to do a physical for a job off shore, she was seen by the P.A. at this facility which is obviously an idiot!!! She did an EKG which is part of the exam she told her something was wrong with her heart and couldn't finish the exam until she was cleared by a cardiologist. That following monday she went to see a cardiologist there in LA, paid $ 1200.00 for test (stress test w/ die, ultrasound) plus the exspense of staying in a hotel for 8 days while getting all these test done for someone that does not have a job is alot of Money!!! The cardiologist cleared her on thursday 8/21/14 saying everything was good she got the report and a release took it back to the P.A. at family medical Services she said she didn't feel comfortable releasing her for this job because of the stress test!!! but the doctor that looks at hearts everyday says everything is good, then the nerve of that woman that is not a DOCTOR to tell my sister to lose weigh and come back and see her in 6 mths and retry the test!!! it would be a cold day in hell before i came back the and saw anyone. And not to mention i think it is a discrimination issue to tell someone they are overweigh!!!!! I wish she would tell me that!!!!
