Dr Diaz performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was warm, personable, bright, knowledgeable and respectful. He shared his findings and questions with me openly and clearly conveyed the next steps. I felt I was in very good hands. I actually felt like his family in a way. Couldn’t ask for more in a healthcare provider.

Fine clinician. Speaks to the patient and answers all questions asked without making the patient feel rushed. Personable. The Wellspan scheduling staff can use some help though. A front desk scheduler should not argue code or dispute an appointment made for a screening colonoscopy visit with the patient. That needs to be addressed. The doctor decides why the patient should have the procedure and the patient calls to set it up. ICD-10 codes are based on the physician's notes, not by the office
