Dr. Daniel Adrian Whitelocke

I am a service disabled veteran with PTSD diagnosed by the VA. I scheduled an appointment at my home for 3:30pm. When 3:32pm rolled around and Dr. Whitelocke still hadn’t shown up, I picked up my phone to call, and saw that he had texted me at 3:10pm asking if he should head over. I had another text at 3:19pm stating that I would have to reschedule. When I texted him back at 3:32pm, he refused to honor his scheduled appointment time and location. I am not on my phone 24/7, and the clinic did not tell me that I had to confirm via text 20 minutes before my appointment time. I expected him to be at my house at 3:30pm. He told me I could meet him at the Starbucks less than a mile away, but refused to come to my house. I couldn’t do that since I had my child at home. Dr. Whitelocke told me I could no longer be a customer and could not get certified through him. This company is a SCAM and a JOKE! They don’t care about the well-being of their customers. They only care about making a buck.
