I had a really scary experience with Dr. Traub at UNE medical center in 2015 that ended with me filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry, left me with gum damage for a year after the procedure. As well as crippling anxiety regarding seeing a dentist. I went in expecting to be treated with care and instead revived a recklessly done extraction by Dr. Daniel Traub and 2 student workers. Graphic details below: I had been given a mild sedative and during the procedure began screaming in pain as Dr. Traub literally crushed my tooth into pieces and cut my gum open without telling me. I was in so much pain and yelling at him, he was agitated and did not stop and they sent me home without pain medication. I shouldn't have had to feel a thing and had my comfort needs taken care of, instead I suffered physically for months, and emotionally for longer. Can not recommend!!!! Dr. Traub Handled my Daughters surgery and after care. He is ???? % Amazing!! I would refer him to anyone.I am blessed to have had him care for my daughter. Very informative, explains everything so it’s understood, very patient and comforting. We love him????❤️

Dr. Traub was kind and professional. Got the job done quickly and with ease. I had to have anesthesia for a surgical extraction of my roots that had to be sectioned which I was really nervous about, but his staff who prepped me up made me feel super comfortable and reassured. Before going in (and after a failed extraction from another dentist), I was in the worst pain I've ever been in. Thank you Dr Traub and staff for working with me to make me a normal human again! Dr Traub is 100% rock ‘n’ roll. He is the most professional caring and funny oral surgeon I think I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a few. He is very caring.
