My recent visit left me with some concerns. I had fallen a few weeks ago, and was pointing out areas I injured. He never looked up from his computer to observe what I was showing him. After, when reviewing Notes in MyChart, Dr. Fitzpatrick inaccurately reported I was injured in a fall In January, when my fall was 2 weeks ago in March! At the end of my visit, Dr Fitzpatrick fold me that my problems were "too complicated for a little country doctor". He offered no suggestions as to the heart skipping symptoms I presented to him. I was shocked he did not offer any help or advice on my health issues. When asked about specific concerns, his repeated answer was "I don't know" In summary, Dr. Fitzpatrick does not pay attention, is puzzled or unsure of how to treat symptoms, is inaccurate in reporting patient notes, and admits to not being able to offer comprehensive services because, by his own words, is a "little country doctor". I think perhaps it is time for Dr,. Fitzpatrick to retire.

Tiffany Foust is the BEST! She is upbeat, positive, and pro-active. She's inspired me to eat better and techniques to 'destress'. BEST office ever!

Very rude on the phone....After being on hold several minutes, they very bluntly said they were "unable to accommodate me" and wouldn't scheduled me (THEY CALLED ME to schedule as a new patient via Mercy Health) No reason given, no explanation. Bad attitude for a doctor.

Great Doctor. When he is in a hurry his bedside manner suffers a bit but that doesn't happen often. His staff can be a little abrupt when they have a heavy workload.

Went to a local gastroenterologist for months To no avail.. first visit with dr fitzpatrick and the problem was resolved !!! He is the best !

I saw Dr. Fitzpatrick for a sinus infection today. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He manipulated my neck and two pressure points to open my sinuses and that helped relieve a lot of the sinus pressure I was experiencing.

I think Dr. Fitzpatrick is a fair decent doctor, I have been going there for years. As the Dr. himself got sick he turn the day to day managing of his office to his nurse practitioner, which seems to have made here power hungry. She and her staff are horrible. The staff treats patient like garbage, it's ashamed that there is only a couple of hold overs from Dr. Fitzpatrick's staff. I've seen and heard and experienced the staff treating the patients with the most utmost disrespect, I've seen and heard them ridicule patient. Dianne Keller is constantly putting her self managing the medication that Dr. Fitzpatrick prescribed me as well as other doctors. She states to me it against the laws to prescribe me with certain medications, while I know she is lying I just accept it and move on. She refused to adhere to my insurance requests, her statements as to why is the law. My wife works in a Pharmacy. I don't understand since here doctor and his partner doctor's prescribe me my medications all I ask is that I can continue to be able to get my refills. So she chose to drug test me and accuse me of being a drug dealer or drug addict. I take my medicine as directed and ask for refills at the same time every month. I ran out and had to wait 3 days to get an appointment which is 3 days after she approves refills. So there wasn't traces of my prescription in my system. I asked here to check me out and with examining me gave me a clean bill of health, 90% of her diagnosis are completely wrong she refuses to assist in getting me my referrals and since she will not adhere to my insurance requests I have to pay for all prescriptions at full price. As Dr. Fitzpatrick is rarely in the office. However she seems to play Doctor. Diane Keller, Nurse Practioner I also have documentation of all of our interactions and am turning everything thing over to MercyHealth care. I am also looking for a new doctor. I went to the ER and ended having pnuemonia, and ear infection After a real doctor examined me and Diane Keeler giving me a clean bill of health. So thanks to yet another diagnosis the was completely wrong. I asked the ER doctors for written documents and they have agreed to send their documentation to the board as they have other documents the coincide with my documentation. I think Dr. Fitzpatrick is a fair decent doctor, I have been going there for years. I have been a patient ever since I was a little girl. I have really bad anxiety and I have been proscribed anxiety medication since 2010. I don’t take the medication always as proscribed because it is a narcotic and I don’t feel like I need it constantly only when I have panic attacks. However I was asked to pee in a cup back in October which is completely fine however due to me not having my medication in my system Dr. Dianna will no longer prescribe it to me. I had the flu the week I went to see her therefore the last thing I was thinking about was anxiety medication. She never once asked me to bring my pills in for a count, she just dropped me and said well your filling them every month on time. Well of course I was I could lose my insurance at anytime and I wanted to be sure I had all my medications if I did. I will no longer be going to this clinic which is sad because I have gone for years and Dr. Fitzpatrick is great and is very personable. You guys lost a patient and I hope in the future you don’t penalize your patients for not wanting to be strung out on narcotics. I have been a patient ever since I was a little girl. been going here for over 20 years i love the dr and all the staff

Dr Fitz is a caring, competent and comical dude and we're lucky to have him in Vienna!

Compassionate, knowledgable, takes time to listen and advise. I never feel rushed. He is truly a doctor who cares for each and every one of his patients. His office is further than I would like to travel for a family doctor, but I travel it gladly for his high level of care.
