Reviews for Dr. Dana Lee Wiley
Office staff will be his downfall sadly. These ladies behave like middle school bullies and have for years. It's not just one of them either. This is not a business ran by people who are capable of empathy or wanted to help others. As a mental health professional myself , I am shocked that this kind of behavior out of medical staff is tolerated. Absolutely disgusting!
If I could give this man NEGATIVE stars I would. To start off, I voiced my concerns about my mental health to Wylie and he immediately said “No that’s not what’s wrong with you” then I told him about my substance abuse history and how I have been clean for a while, and he offered me suboxone. Then he DID put me on a narcotic, knowing my history. Every appointment I had with him was a 5 minute phone call where he did not say much besides okay these medicines work, here’s one month of them. Never gave me refills. It became IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in his office to schedule appointments or anything. I had to taper myself off of medication TWICE because he was unreachable. His office is a joke, they are all so unprofessional there it is ridiculous. I have a voicemail on my phone of the receptionist LAUGHING the entire time. This man only wants your money and to get you addicted to something to keep coming back to see him. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN, GO TO A REAL PSYCHIATRIST!!! Dana Wylie if you see this find a new job!! You’re AWFUL at the one you have! If I could give this man NEGATIVE stars I would. I have gone to both offices and never had the problems other people are talking about. The staff have always helped me get my meds and if I can't get it to see one Dr. they usually get me a visit with another one who can treat me quick. I have sent several friends here and they have had nothing but good things to say too
I went to him for my subutex also he referred me to another physician to help me with mental health. Just want to thank him so much he has changed my way of life tremendously anxiety is a nightmare to live with especially panic attacks waking up with sweaty palms feeling like I can't breath because I feel like I'm being squeezed to death and it's always been hard for me to communicate like I know what to say but it doesn't come out the way I want but with my anxiety meds completely opposite its a live saver in my opinion.
I like that Dr. Wiley has 2 offices. Besides psych they also do suboxone. Since he has a couple of nurse practitioners that work with him, I never had to worry about running out of my medication. The staff is very helpful, like when I needed to get my meds approved
No judgment, just complete understanding.
If you value your mental health do not go here I have never been so stressed out and belittled by their receptionists in my life the nurse practitioners especially Keith plowden is incompetent and highly unprofessional I will say that every time that I have had the blessing of talking to Dr Wiley himself he was nice but unfortunately you'll never actually see him. The nurse practitioner ploweden screwed up my medication and I tried for over a week to get somebody to talk to me or call me back and instead of them being helpful or pointing me in a good direction I was met with belittlement confrontational and downright hateful people, I have never been so horrified by a doctor's office by people who are supposed to help you and help people with a mental illness instead they add to your mental illness please please do not go here if you value your sanity. I really wish I would have read the other reviews before going here I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation you're only in the office for less than 15 minutes and the whole time I'm in there we're discussing his problems and what he's going through Mr plowden is extremely unprofessional and their receptionist are very rude confrontational and will never call you back If you value your mental health do not go here I have never been so stressed out and belittled by their receptionists in my life the nurse practitioners especially Keith plowden is incompetent and highly unprofessional I will say that every … More

The WORST experience in Mental Health I have ever received. I've been a patient for more than 2 years. I've been lied to, given endless excuses, dismissed, ignored and treated very rudely. They charge for every little thing including medicine authorizations, as well as filling out anything on your behalf for disability, etc. They do this along with other services for cash only, saying Insurance won't pay for them when I called Blue Cross and in fact they do pay, Dana Wiley's office is just lazy and won't do the necessary work to get anything done. I recently had to keep asking them to complete a form for disability they rejected the first time for over a year and never did it. This second time it was incompletely fill out knowing it is needed for disability they held onto it for six-months before looking at and making up every excuse when I brought it to their attention. They have cancelled numerous appointments without notifying me, disrupting needed medications causing me to go without for months at a time. They charge for services you do not receive and the amounts change on whem, they can never directly tell you the cost when charged in cash before hand. They don't return important calls, won't answer questions leaving them unanswered. They only care about your money and once it's received make it very clear they want nothing more to do by ignoring and dismissing you. They neglect to send in requested information to Social Security Disability. These people are LAZY and CARE IS HORRIFIC! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I have given them chance after chance and it's always the same outcome. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM being FAKE AND LYING to your face! DO NOT GO HERE! I have NEVER delt with any establishment this incredibly unprofessional! They DO NOT care about their patients! They won't refill prescription, make call backs, nor are they helpful in anyway! What they are good at, however, is taking your money for doing absolutely nothing, giving you endless run-arounds, false information, and lack of concern or care! I can not say enough about Dr. Wiley and his group. I relocated to Greenville three years ago and Googled to review and find a therapist. The first three clinicians with whom I conferenced to schedule an appointment declined to accept me as a new patient. However, the third did refer me to Dr. Wiley and thank goodness. Dr. Wiley listened to me as well as gave me a voice in my treatment plan. And while we've tried several different meds, we've now have found the best one for me. It's been almost 8 months and I am back to me, feeling great and moving forward. And while I've still things to work on, I am in a healthy place and able to actively participate and enjoy my days. Dr. Wiley and his group really care and I am so thankful for all the support I've received. If you are looking for a group of dedicated therapists, give them a call. No thank you, perhaps ask the receptionist in your Piedmont office she will never let me speak to you or the doctor she's overcharged twice of my insurance bill and she's got a bogus bill out for me and I'm just going to keep on appealing it very very unpleasant person.
This office was at one time a great place. I have been a patient there for 15 years, and the last 3 have been he'll. Either my medicines are never right, the receptionist acts like I'm the one in the wrong when I have to call and get it fixed. This place needs to be shut down!!!
The front staff is a complete JOKE. After reading a few previous reviews, I gather that this has been an ongoing issue for some time. The disregard patient needs and are just blatantly rude and unhelpful. The business is completely unorganized and if your “appointments” are still over the phone/virtual, expect your appointment to begin about an HOUR after the scheduled time and only last about 5 minutes. My experience with this practice has been frustrating and confusing. Although have not seen Dr. Wiley, the NP who treated me at the Anderson office provided me good care and established a medication regimen that worked well. However, the office staff turns confrontational very quickly upon any billing questions or confusion (with the exception of Sarah, who does an outstanding job). Further, and most frustratingly, although this practice is in network with my insurance, I have been forced, without explanation, to pay a full self-pay price for my last two visits. My repeated inquiries have not resulted in responses that make any sense. Today, while attempting to settle up a balance owed to the practice, I was met with extreme annoyance by staff, and handed a letter that I was terminated from the practice. This is not how customer service should be handled, or patients should be treated. My experience with this practice has been frustrating and confusing. Communication is minimal and getting through on the phone was nearly impossible. I would not suggest this practice.

Wow the very worst receptionist in the World . I asked if she was taking new patients and do they accept my insurance since. The lady would not answer any of my questions and hung up on me. I would never ever recommend that office or horrible treatment be accepted. She needs some serious customer service training
This place is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! If you call patient and tell them that they have a balance or they can’t get their medicine AFTER they have repeatedly stated they have no balance. DISGUSTING. Yes you can delete a comment on a review all you would like to, but let me just tell you people will figure it out.
I’ve seen John Epps for some time now and he’s the best therapist i’ve seen. I fully recommend him for a nonjudgemental and understanding therapist. I’ve also seen Jason for some time for my medications and I fully recommend him too. Everyone has been super understanding, even when I had insurance issues.

I set up an appointment for my husband. I specifically asked if I paid the 230.00 for the initial appointment and if they decided not to take him as a patient if I would get refunded. They assured me that if the appointment is set up they would accept him as a patient. Well I paid 230.00 for a 30 minute phone call and he was rejected as a patient. I called days ago asking for a refund. I was told I would get a call back. I have not gotten a call back. Please refund the money. You did not help at all. All you did was a 30 minute phone call and sent a letter saying you can't help him and he should contact another psychiatrist office. I would definitely advise people to not go here they clearly take 230.00 just for initial appointment over a phone and not actually help. I want my refund you guys did absolutely nothing. Edit. They called this morning, the lady was very rude, refused a refund and also hung up on me. Then went on to tell me the nurse practitioner who spoke to my husband was a psychiatrist. To my knowledge a nurse practitioner did not actually go to school to become a licensed psychiatrist. But what do I know. I was under the impression that he would speak to a psychiatrist not a nurse practitioner who dabbled in psychiatry. I'm not sure how these people are allowed to practice in mental help when they are rude, unprofessional, hang up on people, lie, and take money without helping them. Please find somewhere else to go if you actually need mental. Thanks for calling and hanging up on me this morning . Great way to start my morning. They did me a favor anyway, I would have hated for him to have actually been accepted as a patient with how unprofessional the lady behaved today on the phone. I set up an appointment for my husband. This is quite simply the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced. Receptionists that ignore you (in person, because they’re too busy laughing loudly on their cell phones!), are snappy to you, and forget who you are after being on hold for five minutes. No kind words exchanged, just asking for payment and then left to figure out if you can go sit in the waiting room or where to go next. I have called for them to refill my prescriptions several times and so has my pharmacist directly and still nothing, and I need my medication. They called asking for my payment for my follow up appointment today, so I paid them and asked how they’d be in touch since it was a virtual appointment. They said they would call me directly. My appointment was at 1:15 and it’s currently 1:52 and still nothing. I called the office to ask what was going on just to be told the doctor is busy, to which I said I had an appointment with the NP not the doctor, who apparently isn’t there. I was told the doctor would call me soon, to which I said I have class at 2:30. I have experienced three terrible, unprofessional interactions with this business, which is so upsetting seeing as it is a psychiatry office, where people that have their own internal hardships go for help, just to be treated poorly. Update: Received the call from the doctor, he was covering for the NP because she is no longer a part of this office, and was at the hospital with an unforeseen emergency. He said he would help me with the prescriptions and apologized for the rude/unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced. This is quite simply the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff alone is enough to show that this office will treat you as just another number in their system, don’t even acknowledge your name when calling and tell you “Sorry reschedule because you’re 15 minutes late” when you’re barely keeping it together and have to come to counseling with both of your kids because you have no other choice. This place is a joke. I was a patient there for a few months and had to pay cash bc they didn't accept my insurance. I had to pay $300 for the 1st visit and $100 for every visit after. I was "assigned" Karen Powell for my dr. I wanted to get back on a medication that I had stopped a few years ago so I knew exactly what worked for me. I told her what I had taken and instead of doing what a normal dr would do, she put me on a medication that I've never taken and told me to come back in a month. For 3 appts, which I had to pay $100 each time, she put me on something different. One of them gave me debilitating headaches and one made me so emotional I was on the brink of divorce and my kids hated me because I was so angry. It was satan in pill form. When she finally decided to put me on the medication I had taken before she gave me the lowest dose. Needless to say it didn't work and I had to come back for another $100 visit. My last appt she was talking about how great I looked and how happy I seemed. Everything was great. This last appt she has the receptionist give me a letter saying she can't see me anymore for no reason whatsoever. This place is a money racket and I wish I had never walked through their doors. I was recommended by a doctor to see Dr. Dana Wiley. I called the office two times to make an appointment and left messages, but never got a call back. I called again and was told that I needed a referral to get an appointment. Any time I spoke with someone answering the phone at Dr. Wiley's office, they were unprofessional and rude and it felt like they were hanging up on me at the end of the call. I had my primary care doctor send over a referral. A few days after getting the referral and a few weeks after first calling Dr. Wiley's office, I called back for an appointment and was told that it wasn't looked at yet. The following week my primary care doctor's office called to tell me that Dr. Wiley's office rejected my referral. I called Dr. Wiley's office to find out why my referral was rejected (never had this situation before). The person answering the phone said she could not tell me the reason for rejecting the referral and that the information was shredded two days after the rejection. Not sure what's going on as Dr. Wiley seems like a very good doctor from the reviews, but there are a number of very negative reviews relative to his staff. Sounds like Dr. Wiley does not see all of the negative reviews or doesn't care. As someone who was a managing partner of a large office, the behavior of people in the office is a direct reflection on the person who heads up the office. If Dr. Wiley cares about this feedback, I would welcome a call back relative to this situation. I was recommended by a doctor to see Dr. Dana Wiley. UPDATE!! The absolute worst practice to deal with. The receptionist are extremely rude, short tempered, and unprofessional. I had to change an appointment- called several times with no call back, even with messages left. Finally got in touch (now out of my medication) was told there was zero they could do and it would be over a week for another appointment. Asked to see someone different- they refused. I asked them to send the doctor I was seeing an email to add fill my prescription until I could see him. Their response? “I can’t guarantee he will respond. He isn’t obligated when he isn’t in our office.” Reassuring. Finally pressed the issue enough until they found me a new doctor to see in the meantime. Now- the new medication I’m taking is causing terrible thoughts. Called concerned and to get an appointment. Told once again it would be another week. Great. Do not go to this practice. UPDATE: just got a call back- service more unprofessional than the last time. Not only are the receptionist careless and unprofessional but so is the administrative staff over top of them. Yesterday the receptionist admitted to receiving my voicemail only to be told today magically she did not. Further more, when asked to speak to someone above her I got hung up on. Called back- spoke to someone “above her” her bedside manner was worse than the receptionist. Because of lack of professionalism on their end and consistent no calls I have missed 2 appointments! TWO! Because of THEM. To be told I’m a “no show”. This sickening behavior, poor bedside manner, and disgusting attitude from ALL involved is an insult to the patients as well as the owner of the practice. DO NOT GO HERE. Came here for a Return to Work authorization and was told on my first visit, after 3 visits we will do your paperwork. Well, today is my 3rd visit and after charging my insurance company, and after me paying my copays, they are refusing to do my paperwork. The reason I came here was to get this paperwork done to return to work. I dont understand why you tell a patient one thing, get their money, then wont do what you said. Other than that, this office has been wonderful. The P.A. I see is wonderful also. She talks to me, understands, and makes recommendations. I have to echo alot of what the other 1 star reviews claim. I wasted a week of my treatment time and and rejected another psychiatrist, because I was referred by hospital to Wiley. Told me they could not help me after putting me off a week, should have told me day one, never gave a reason. Please don't Apologize in the comments, it's not an oversight, your practice is just a disgrace to the Mental Health field You say you can't find any paperwork, maybe you should check with the lady who said after reviewing my referral, that your practice would not take me on as a patient. I Waited a week to be rejected, I only have sever depression, bipolar, not sure, but that was what I was told if your office staff spent more time answering calls instead of trying to discredit people who give a bad review you might could focus my on the people who need help. I haven't seen any caring from your practice, false advertising. I have to echo alot of what the other 1 star reviews claim. I went in today for my first appointment that took over a month to get. I was given a 2:45pm appointment time. I was told my appointment was at 2:30pm and the doctor couldn’t see me because he was behind. I was given the wrong time and no one cared to resolve the situation. I could hear him sounding very frustrated when they asked him if he could see me. There was no apology from the staff about the appointment time issue. It seemed like I was bothering them. It is so hard for someone to go in for mental health treatment as it is! But it makes it 10 times more difficult when you are dismissed like you don’t matter. Anyone who is making the choice to take a step toward taking care of themselves is trying to get better and disregarding them makes them worse. You have no clue what someone may be dealing with but to turn them away is not helping! I went in today for my first appointment that took over a month to get. I was given a 2:45pm appointment time. Dr. Wiley is amazing. His staff, not so much. I ran out of medication when I was unable to schedule an appointment earlier and the receptionist refused to help me. Anyone who knows anything about pshyciatric medicine would know that stopping a medication suddenly can cause major health problems. So 0/10 for the receptionists. 10/10 for Dr. Wiley. I do still go to this office... the main receptionist is very rude. Had a conflict with her this week and she made sure she mocked me after she got an attitude with me. And I made it clear to my mama who was on the phone the entire time. Dr Wiley pushed me off on another physician after I asked a creditable question about OCD. Had to cancel my appointment because they “didn’t know my insurance was cancelled” even though I told them it was. And they let it go for months and let the balance build up. So I’m short on meds so that’s great. Keith plowden is great. He actually listens. And tries to help. But dr Wiley never even explored the idea of me having OCD. if things don’t change things I’m switching doctors. I already drive two hours to get to an appointment. Hoping for some change. But so far just pill pushers. Sorry not sorry. I do still go to this office... the main receptionist is very rude. The best thing I ever done. Wonderfull doctor and staff. Changed my life!!!
Dr Wiley listens and works WITH me on my medications. I'd recommend him!
He was the best doctor i have ever been to. So understanding. And let me no he was there to helpme.
He's helping me more than any doctor I've been to so I think he is a very very good doctor and he is real nice and the receptionist is all night and I surely do appreciate his help this is Donnie Phillips
This is Charles Mcjunkin and I highly recommend Dr Wiley. I'm not the type to give someone a thumbs up unless I believe in them. He has helped me more than I can say and he is more affordable than any other place that I found. So if your looking for addiction help go see him he will help you.
Terrific and professional staff who are genuinely concerned that their patients receive excellent care. Dr. Wiley, who is supremely trained, experienced, and qualified is a phenomenal psychiatrist with a deep sense of care and concern for all of his patients. The practice administrator is extremely professional and runs a "tight ship", making sure the myriad of details involved with managing this rapidly growing practice are taken care of. Why are they growing so much? Because they take great care of their patients and good news like that gets around fast. This practice has numerous highly trained and qualified healthcare professionals that are dedicated to giving their patients the best care possible. Honestly speaking, if you need this type of healthcare you need to go see them. I highly recommend them and give Dr. Wiley's psychiatric practice my highest recommendation! Many thumbs up! I’ve been going to Dr. Wiley’s office for awhile now. I was hesitant to schedule an appointment because I have a fear of doctors since being misdiagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Cancer. Once I arrived for my first appointment, all of the staff were very professional and super nice. Dr. Wiley took his time with me, he explains his plan going forward on how he is going treat me. I agreed to his plan and thank God I did because my life has been so much better. Now, I normally see Jason, he is an extremely nice guy who is very professional that’s willing to listen to make sure no changes are needed and everything is going good. Every employee who works here is very professional, very polite, very nice and willing to go out of their way to help you. I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Wiley, Jason and every other employee here. I highly recommend Dr. I Wiley or any of the other medical professionals here, you won’t go wrong by choosing this practice. Referred here by my school, after years of ineffective medications and ineffective counseling. I was seen by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who barely listened to my medical history or concerns I voiced, just added a super expensive new medication ($200/mo). Office charges you for any paperwork (like the accommodation letter I needed for school). They over-billed me twice and I've been given the runaround for months trying to get a refund. I never actually saw Dr. Wiley, office staff useless.
Great Psychiatrist. Only bad thing is trying to get people to answer to phone to reschedule. Office personnel is not as friendly and helpful as they should be.
I have never been treated wirh respect from any off the staff there other than jessica and the price is different every time i go in there. I dont recommend this place
The staff here paid me to write all of the prior post and were in a competition with their Powdersville office to get better ratings. In my desperate time of need they told me to go find another Dr, that they couldn't treat me any longer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE. I KNOW MORE ABOUT DR. Both Dr Wiley and Dr Jessica Waters are both wonderful doctors and provide great help for what personal needs I have. I highly recommend the Anderson office and the receptionist Nikki is always most helpful to make everything a smooth process and all have helped me to lead a better life
I have visited both offices. By far Anderson is a more curteous atmosphere. I was accommodated in my time of bereavement.i was treated like a person and not a number. I got the medication I needed and have continued to return. I started out seeing Dr. Wiley. Then Jessica joined his practice . She can relate to your situations and bring insight to life in all matters. With self image benefits and healthy diets. To help you achieve success. The head nurse in Piedmont isn't as nice. Took 3 months to get a PA on a medicine I really needed. And it turned out to be costly. I'm a self pay patient and the visits are reasonable. To get the services rendered. The Anderson office is more organized and closer for me. The office manager always gives me coupon cards for meds. Most Drs nor office managers would make sure you had that. Most places it's ......on to the next patient . But not with Jessica at Dr Wiley's office. I recommend her and the Anderson office highly. I have visited both offices. I just want to say Dr. Wiley has always been a awesome Dr. and I was hesitant when he wanted to get me seeing Jessica his PA but he knew she was a great asset to him and his parents. She has got me in the best possible mental shape I've been in. But she don't stop there. She noticed I was physically sick and going down hill. She has worked through lunch after work and stayed up all night trying to get me help. Well she has gotten down to several issues and got me to the right Drs. She treated me like her family. She has saved my life. She still treats me like family and goes through this with me. She saved my life. I always recommend everyone who is in need. I have been going to Dr. Wiley for over a year now and was seeing Jessica Waters which was a huge help. Her leaving has made me really upset considering I had to see Jason. DO NOT see him. He tried to change some of my medications that I have been on from the beginning. He told me this would be the last time he would write me a prescription for Adderall because he didn't like me being on it and another medicine I am on. He wrote the prescription for twice a day (when I am prescribed 1 a day) and did not tell me he changed it, when to take the second dose, nothing. So I was questioned when I went to Walmart to get it filled. He would not go up on one of my medications even though my stomach doctor told me to ask him if he could go up on it. I'm only on 10 mg of it... so he told me he would prescribe me something else to take with it to "help me" and did not tell me anything about the medication. When I picked it up at CVS it said to take 3 times a day. He did not tell me that. I took it before work the next day and was messed up at work on the medication. I then googled the medication and it was for nerve and muscle pain? Not anxiety. There is no way I could of took that medicine 3 times a day and function on it. I will not be going back to Jason and will hopefully start seeing Dr. Wiley. I have been going to Dr. Wiley for over a year now and was seeing Jessica Waters which was a huge help. the dr is amazing & Elizabeth is the best & there is also a good receptionist there too but the reason for my 1 star is because the last visit I had there was horrendous nightmare....I have been their three/four times for the beginning treatment for ptsd from a bad car accident...the medication that I was on stopped working so I had to meet with the dr asap. They booked me an appointment later that afternoon then presumed to tell me when I got there that I owed over $300 & cannot be seen until I pay it...i had no idea that my insurance was not covering it, I thought they were since I have the best health insurance that the company I work for offers. $300 is more than I even make in a week! So then after hearing that I owe all of that & cant get the help I need it led me to have a full blown panic attack in the waiting room & was embarrassed/humiliated in front of everyone since I was crying my eyes out & everyone just kept staring at me..they made me go to this closet area & left me alone in there till the head nurse walked in..she said I have to pay or need to leave, I only had $60 on me & I told them that it was so urgent that I been seen that I was willing to give them every cent that I had even though that would mean I would be able to eat, put gas in my truck or work since it's the last I have until the following week I get paid.....after explaining that I was told by the "head nurse" there that even though it's every dollar I had it's just not good enough & this is a business so I need to pay. To be seen..after about 3 hours of being treated unfairly and cruelly.. the dr finally said they need to leave me alone & let him see me, I thanked him so much for that because that nurse was so rude and very not sympathetic to my situation at all. Dealing with depressed, anxious, suicidial patients you just can't handle things that way...I felt hopeless and worthless. If it wasn't for the actual Dr.'s interference...I would have left that place & probably ended my life because I felt SO terrible & im not even suicidial! They need to redo their company policies/administration make over! They are dealing with patients with mental issues...COMPASSION AND KINDNESS IS KEY. the dr is amazing & Elizabeth is the best & there is also a good receptionist there too but the reason for my 1 star is because the last visit I had there was horrendous nightmare....I have been their three/four times for the beginning … More
The absolute worst office staff I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!! Dr. Wiley surely must have no idea how horribly his office staff treat his patients. They won't return calls if you leave dozens of messages. Finally got someone on the phone who wasn't helpful, so I asked for supervisor. I have relentlessly attempted to make an appointment to see Dr. Wiley, as I have heard great things about him and how he treats. Unfortunately, I will not be able to feel comfortable here due to numerous failed, shot down and road blocked attempts to meet him within over 3 months of waiting for "visits I never made appointments for". His staff is very rude, and have given every excuse thought of to tell me how unwelcome my business is from having me make now 3 appointments only to be told I never made any, my insurance isn't accepted and no new patients accepted AFTER awaiting a set date for 2 months. A week and a half of no returned phone calls. I hope his front desk and staff doesn't treat others this way. I can't get past them to meet this doctor I've heard so much about. Not to mention, he's been a part of my family's physician team for 10+ years and upon a request by my mother to speak to her Doctor/friend, she was told Dr. Wiley said he would not be calling her back, as he did not wish to hear from her. I have a hard time believing any doctor that is a genuine person would say such a thing to a patient of over a decade. This saff is hurtful and ive been desperate for these appointments. I have never been treated so poorly by an office staff in my life. Never met Dr.Wiley. Jessica Waters seemed good. Office staff argued with me about a prior authorization for a prescription. Then I received a termination letter from the office for myself and daughter (who just saw a counselor for anxiety). This is common. I believe Dr. Wiley has no idea how his staff treats people.
