Dr. Cynthia A Mace-Motta

I have sent both my daughters to see Dr Mace Mata....they were 18 when they started and have been seeing her a few years. We have had nothing but positive and very professional experiences. She has talked with them and really Understood their issues That needed solving. She is warm and kind to them and they will continue to see her! We honestly have not had one bad moment with the office or doctor! They have always responded to my request regarding payments, prescriptions and school notes When necessary.... they have refunded over payment promptly and professionally!! Actually has been one of the easiest offices to deal with.

Never in my life have I experienced what I experienced today at Dr. Mace-Motta's office. I saw her for my annual pap smear and we discussed my heavy periods (she spent maybe 5 minutes at most talking to me about it, which was fine with me) but when I went for my follow up sonogram, they said I had a past due balance. I asked how that was possible since I had only been there once and it was for my annual pap which was 100% covered, the answer they gave me was because we talked its considered an office visit at that point. I thought she had to be joking and even asked if she was. No, they were serious. They wanted to charge my for an office visit and charged my insurance extra because we talked for 5 mins about what options I had for controlling my heavy periods while doing my annual pap. I am floored!!! I have been visiting ob-gyns for over 30 years and have had 3 kids so plenty of experience with ob-gyns and have NEVER been scammed like that. What a dishonest practice.

I have been seeing DR Mace-Motta since 1997. She is very caring and easy to talk to. She has always answered any questions that I have.

Dr. Mace-Motta was my original OBGYN in the area 10 years ago. I changed doctors due to location. Upon reading reviews, I was skeptical to return. I recalled her to be very professional. I returned in January, and was happy to receive great service. Front desk attendants were friendly, the nurse was great, and Dr. Mace-Motta was professional and answered my questions and made helpful recommendations. She is my gynecologist only, no obstetrics :-)

I have been going to her since 2012 and it has been wonderful, the sea reviews have to be out if uncontrolled emotions, I'm not really impressed and deal with patients myself, Dr has been truly respondent, listens and encourages so is her staff love Dee. -Faronda-

I am totally shocked by these reviews - I have been seeing Cynthia for about 20 yrs now and she has been nothing but caring and thoughtful. She delivered 2 of my grandchildren and my daughter was so happy to have her as her doctor. Dr. Mace-Motta will go over all your results whenever tests are done in the most complete way- explain every issue and ask you if you have any questions. She is truly a wonderful doctor even if she has to scold you from time to take your med's , I give her 5 stars!

Dr. Mace-Motta has been an excellent obgyn and surgeon. She removed a pelvic mass and extensive endometriosis for me and all I can say is that she has not just heard but listened and acted accordingly. She's professional, kind and the incisions are so clean! I'll have minimal scarring. I found everything I expect from a good doctor and then some. I never felt rushed out of the office. Thank you for your care!

Can’t believe she’s still in practice. Needs to have her medical license revoked. Rude, disrespectful, self-absorbed. Minimizes your issues and acts annoyed when you ask questions. If you are over the age of 45 her standard answer for every question and issue is “it’s your age.” Hadn’t realized just how awful she was until changing to a great, well-respected doctor. Such a shame that I put up with her for so many years.

I am truly baffled by her low reviews. She is so courteous and understanding. I have seen her for a couple of years now and truly say she is so nice, funny, and takes time to make sure all my questions are answered. Glad I found her! I have never had any long wait times and her staff is also just as nice.
