Dr. Cynthia G. Chrosniak

I was getting ready to travel and needed to see Dr. Chrosniak about my nasal discomfort, sinus headache, cough and runny nose. My waiting time was very short. Dr. Chrosniak greeted me, examined me, diagnosed my problem and prescribed an over the counter medication for my problem. She explained in detail the inflammation in my nasal cavity and what I needed to do before I boarded a plane. She is very caring, pleasant, concerned and patient. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional.

Reception sucks! DRs are very, very good! Why on earth would they keep someone like that on staff with so many unemployed people looking for jobs. I don’t know her name but she doesn’t reflect the wonderful people treating patients, after having dealt with her poor attitude.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Chrosniak and her team. Each appointment was scheduled efficiently thanks to Judy Merriman at the front desk. Dr. Chrosniak is a highly knowledgeable ENT and skilled surgeon. She was always available to answer my questions and genuinely cared about my recovery process. She was always honest, patient, and kind. I am grateful she was able to determine my condition was an emergency and squeezed me into her busy schedule. Dr. Chrosniak saw me promptly after being directed to her by another physician. She was well prepared when I arrived, performed a through examination, patiently explained her diagnosis in detail, answered all questions and gave clear recommendations for the next steps for treatment. She is also just a super nice person. For Dr. Chrosnick, 10-stars!! Tips: Don't be put off by the receptionist's attitude because the doctor's attitude is completely opposite that of the receptionist. The receptionist is consistently rude and nasty. Unable to give total rating of 5-stars because of receptionist. The practice's web site currently says they do televisits, which is incorrect. Also, their web site says "You can pre-register and find online practice interaction tools on the patient portal." In reality, the portal is only for existing patients and cannot be used to pre-register. New patients can, however, print out registration paperwork and complete it in advance of their visit.

Had a referral for ear cleaning. Literally put water and Hydrogen peroxide in my ear. It took less then 10 minutes but charged my insurance $480! And I got a bill! It's a rip off! Disappointed with the visit because I could have done that at home and shes not a friendly person. So many other ENTs, go to someone else. To the "owner" that IS correct. They will nickel and dime you for everything they can. I received a $230 bill for asking about allergy shots. This is on top of the $170 appointment fee. I called to dispute this and was passed along three times. When I finally got ahold of someone the next day, they denied the extra charge was unnecessary and blamed my insurance. Do not go there, find someone else who cares about your well-being and not what they can gouge from your wallet. To the Owner, I had been going to your office for several years. I received no such procedure for my allergies. I simply asked Dr. Mehta a question and received a $230 bill. Please refrain from blaming the insurance company for your predatory policies. Dr. Chrosniak is a wonderful ENT! She's treated our entire family for over 15 years. Our experience has ranged from simple treatments in her office to more complicated surgical procedures. Dr. Chrosniak and her practice are above the top. My husband, children, parents and I have/were patients of Dr. Chrosniak’s for over 15 years. The offices are clean and welcoming, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Chrosniak has treated my family members in her offices, as well as performed surgeries on 2 of my kids. She is very informative and has the ability to relate to all ages from babies to the elderly. I feel completely confident in her expertise, follow up and bedside manner. Dr. Chrosniak is a wonderful doctor. She recently did a Balloon Sinuplasty procedure on me in the office. It is now a week later and I feel like a different person. I can smell, breathe and even think clearer. I no longer have headaches, sinus pressure or congestion. It feels like I have a new nose. She takes a cat-scan of your sinuses to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure. Surgery and recovery were both minimal. Dr. Chrosniak also removed our son's tonsils when he was 21 years old and did an excellent job. The office staff and doctors keep the office very clean and safe, masks required, and questions asked regarding Covid safety prior to each patients appointment.

I've been a patient at this practice for years. They are good about getting me in even on short notice. The Dr's are gentle and careful which is important when your ear hurts. Carolyn at the front desk is such a sweetheart and super helpful! Great experience overall.

Dr. Chrosniak, You may not remember me but you saved my life a few years ago. For about 10 years I suffered for intermittent server severe headaches that ended with some type of neurologic symptom, the inability to move my right eye to the right, the right side of face becoming immobile and the one symptom you treated , a paralyzed right vocal cord. To make a long story short you treated me for Lymes disease and I have not had a reoccurrence of any of these symptoms. I believe that the Lymes disease was causing ensephilites putting pressure on my brain causing my neurologic symptoms. I thank God and you for my healing. My he blessyou in all that you do.

Been a patient of Dr. Chrosniak for many years. Excellent surgical skills as it relates to my Septoplasty & Uvuloplasty six years ago. She is an absolute professional and uniquely qualified in her field. That said, a doctor's office should reflect a warm/comforting environment that is inviting/caring. Front desk person is rude, unsympathetic, nor compassionate. Even when scheduling appointments you are made to feel as if front desk person (woman) is doing you a favor. I had a quick emergency and Dr. Chrosnjak's office took me in immediately. She took care of my ear and within 1 hour I was in and out of the office. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. AAPLUS!!

I have been to Doctor Chrosniak today. I am impressed of her knowledge and kindness. She listened and took her time to explain and ask questions. I have been seeing Dr.Crosniak for some time now, and i fell she is a very attentive and professional. She did polyp surgery on my nose over one year ago, and i have not had a problem since. I have recommended her to other people and they all came back to me saying she is excellent. Keep up the excellent work you do Dr.Crosniak.

I have been to Dr. Chrosniak once before and I was truly satisfied with her. Today I tried to schedule an appointment with her for an issue that I have been putting off for two weeks now but which is really bothering me today. So I called in and spoke to Judy (who didn't sound polite or in a good mood to start with). I wanted to check if there's a chance to get in today and if not, I would have scheduled an appointment. I might not have been quite clear at the beginning with what is needed. However after Judy let me know that they go by appointments and when she asked me for how long my issue was going on and I said 2 weeks, she said I should have called earlier, they don't have anything for today and hung up. IS THAT THE WAY TO GO?!?? Doubt it!!! I called back to let Judy know that I thought it was extremely rude of her to just hang up. Her response was that oh no, she was polite and said have a good day. That's not what it was all about. Even if it might have been my fault to not call earlier about my issue, I believe I still should be able to schedule an appointment and not be hang up on. And telling me I was extremely pushy about coming in the same day is not true. I work in an office myself and I do understand if the schedule is full but we still try our best to accommodate a patient at our best!! Just because we as staff might have a bad day, it doesn't mean that we can take it out on our patients and let them feel that! MY BAD DAY IS NO ONE ELSE"S BAD DAY!! This doctor acted arrogant and was not pleasant to me as a patient. Needs to improve her social skills.

My tonsillectomy and sinus surgery went exactly as described, including the recovery. Dr. Chrosniak and her team we’re very flexible, understanding and patient with my needs, concerns, providing multiple documents to my employer for medical leave, And during recovery they were only a phone call away! I was in good hands!

I have seen Dr. Chrosniak twice for the same problem. Nosebleeds out of nowhere. The most recent visit really made me lose confidence as I she didn’t listen to me at all. She was perfunctory and dismissive. I am certain she did not fix the problem, since she said she couldn’t see it, and my visit yesterday was more than likely a waste of time and money. I won’t be wasting her time, or mine, again.

Wonderful office managers and Dr. Chrosniak takes time to explain things to us, call us if we have concerns. They are very responsive and take good care of our son.

Stella doctor! Studious, attentive, and very personable. I had a same day CT scan as my appointment with Dr. Chrosniak and she gave me her cell # to give to the radiologist because she knew how worried my daughter and I was about the lump in my neck since the 1st doctor said it could be cancerous. She called right after the CT scan to let us know that the results were negative! True definition of going above and beyond. So grateful for her! Can't say enough good things about her.

I have been to Dr. Chrosniak's office in the past and had nothing but GOOD things to say about her and the other doctors in the office. Bellow is for the doctor, who although I had a CT scan with contrast from a visit to the ER did not beleive anything I said to him and told me my sinus had NOTHING to do with my teeth or the sever swelling on one side of my face. ********** Other signs and symptoms of maxillary sinus infection include fever, redness and swelling around the eye and cheek area, and pain around the upper teeth. Your teeth may even be sensitive to chewing. Symptoms can occur on one side, or both, and are relieved when lying down. Post nasal drip and cough are possible, as the sinus or sinuses drain into the back of the throat, causing irritation. Yellow or green nasal discharge might be present. Fatigue, loss of smell, and halitosis can also be indicative of a sinus infection.
