Terrible, did not send my script after a month late. Did not instruct me to bring script to follow up apt. 6 week waiting period for follow up. going to find a new urologist.

Dr. Landow is one of the few doctors that takes the time to listen and communicate with his patients. His staff is equally helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

i have been a patient of dr. craig landow for 9 yrs while he is an excellent surgeon the wait times to see him is beyond reasonable. i understand if emergencies come up at the last minute and it has happened to me with some of my appointments with him being pushed back or canceled. The problem i have is that appointments made with him are a year out. this past appointment friday dec 7th i arrived at 9:25am for a 10:00am appt. one person ahead of me , upon checking in the other person was taken back and right after that i was called to give my urine specimen and go to exam room # 4 i was in the room at 9:35am two women came in to check my bladder to see if was empty and the other to ask a couple of questions. the last woman said the dr. would be right in that was exactly 9:40am. i heard on and off chatter outside my room but no doors opening or closing. at 10:30 i got up and left noticing that the other exam rooms were open and no one in them just as they were when i entered earlier. i walked past the rooms and saw dr.landow standing at his desk and I proceeded to the check in area. i stopped and told the one woman to thank dr. landow for being so punctual and she said i could thank him myself i said sarcastically to her i have many times in the past and i left. i cannot comprehend how this dr and his staff can let patients sit in the exam room with absolutely no updates totally unprofessional at all levels including the staff. I've had past waiting experiences with him walking out 2 yrs ago after waiting for over 2 hrs. and wrote a letter to him about how i was treated after i rescheduled an appt at there request. the very next appt with him he never brought up the letter i sent to him till i did all he said was I'm sorry. told him then thats not good enough i am personally not ever going to see this dr. craig landow ever again Someone in the medical field should look into these wait times spent in this office, it is not right. it not like your there for teeth cleaning its serious stuff and the staff and the dr. are not sensitive in any way. i would suggest to future patients that go to this office that if your not seen in a reasonable amount of time (15 mins) tell them you are leaving Just maybe they will get serious about the patients that pay there salaries and appreciate you being there and get there act together. You are under no obligation to wait that long for an unappreciative doctor and his staff. I have been very satisfied with my visits to Dr. Landow. he takes the time to listen and talk to me about my health.

I went and had surgery twice. SO far so good. But over the weekend I called because i was having a lot of pain and issues. I called the office and left a message for the on call doctor to call me. NOBODY CALLED! Again, today is Monday. I called and made an appointment and then went and asked to have someone call me back because im still having issues. That was 4 hours ago if not longer and still NO PHONE CALL! I was recommend to this place. I will not be returning after this is over. My doctor was good and i liked him for the surgery but still. During the most recent visit with my 96 year old father, we waited one hour and 45 minutes past his scheduled appointment time before he was seen by the doctor. I have been pleased with the attention and care that he has received from the doctor, but I feel that the wait time is unreasonable.
