Dr. Sprandio is an awesome physician. He really drills down to find the root of the matter. He goes above and beyond with his patient care. He takes the time to explain things to his patients not mention being friendly, personable and caring.

Dr Sprandio Sr is a brilliant caring doctor. I have complete confidence in him.

Dr. Sprandio Sr. is very thorough and doesn't rest until he solves your problem. After an office visit he sent my wife to the ER and called to see how she was doing at 11:00pm . How many Dr's do that?

John gives lots of information, answers questions, and gives an indication of future cancer treatment.and what progress has been and is expected to be. He's a great diagnostician and quickly determined what had to be done. I feel very comfortable with professionally and personally. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Sprandio is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas imaginable.

Very personable.

He is smart, knows what he is doing and I can't think of anyone else I would go to see.

Dr. Sprandio and his PA, Joann Flounders CRNP, made a great effort to find a diagnosis for me. The tests my primary doctor ordered could not be scheduled for another month! All tests were done at the Broomall office plus I.V. for dehydration!Everyone went out of their way to help me!

Patient-centered CMOH was created by Dr John Sprandio Sr. When I was in the hospital recovering from emergency surgery - unrelated to Medical Oncology, I was quite surprised when among my first visitors were two Physicians from Dr. Sprandio's CMOH practice, personally checking on my progress. I realized that CMOH consciously made itself aware of every detail of my Healthcare situation - everything matters, directly related or not, extending to checking weight, drawing blood, simply answering the telephone, responding to a patient's concerns in a way that shows that nothing is more important at that moment, and the attitude is comprehensive and genuine. Everyone makes an effort. Patient-centered CMOH was created by Dr. John Sprandio. To be his patient is uplifting and therapeutic in itself.

I am very pleased with all my oncology team they are very pleasant kind compassionate and helpful from the receptionist blood lab tech of course my doctor Dr sprandio Jr and all the nurses treatment girls and even the billing department I highly recommend this Treatment Center they have helped me a great deal thank you Linda Downey.

Dr Sprandio takes his time and answers all of the questions that my wife and I asked. He makes us feel that we are most important at this time and that he will allot any and all time to fit our needs. I could not ask for a more conscientious dosctor to guide me through this difficult time.

Dr. Sprandio – and all his staff – are exceptional at making his patients feel comfortable and at ease. It is hard to find a doctor who is compassionate and takes the time to listen to all your concerns and gives a frank and honest assessment of what options are available to help you.

My experience at this office is nothing short of amazing. All of the people in this office from the receptionist, the nurses who take my vitals, blood test and especially Joanne who i spend the most time with. I can't say i look forward to my visits, lol, but i know that i am in great hands from the first person i meet to making my followup appointments with Marge on the way out. Doctor Sprandio, Sr. is a very skilled doctor and his expertise is always compassionate and caring. He is a good listener and highly respectful. I often recommend him to family and friends for all the above reasons.

Dr. Sprandio was filling in for my regular Oncologist when I saw him. He was personable, down to earth, and very easy to talk to.

From the 1st mtg with Dr Sprandio (of many), he had me at hello! He has many years of experience. He makes EVERY visit feel like the first! He answers ALL questions & gives you all the time you need !!!

Intelligence and compassionate care are an excellent combination. Dr. Sprandio, Jr. is a caring doctor and a dedicated advocate. When problems may arise, Dr. Sprandio effectively communicates with other health care providers in getting the best resolution for his patient even allowing his staff flexibility to problem solve. I especially appreciate that they were mindful of my schedule and that I didn't have to go to other doctors to get appointments scheduled. Dr. Sprandio Jr. took care of my dad from 2014 till he passed in 2017. Even after he called my mom and us to see how we all were doing.. He really does establish a personal relationship with his patients and their family's. The ENTIRE staff at CMOH are the most compassionate group of people I & my family have ever met! Great office great people! Highly recommend Dr Sprandio man of high character

I feel so well cared for by Dr. Sprandio, Sr. and the PAs, nurses and office staff. They all give as much time as you need and I have never felt that anyone is in a rush. Everything is explained with care. You wouldn’t think that a sense of humor would come into play with cancer treatment, but I usually leave with a smile, whether from exchanging family stories or just feeling safe and cared for. Dr J Sprandio Sr is an great doctor. I would highly recommend if you need an oncologist.His staff is great . The infusion staff was the best very professional and supportive. Dr Chourdy took care of me when i was first diagonsed with breast cancer Then Dr Sprando Sr took care of my pancreatic cancer diagnosis. I couldnt have survive without the help of the whole team they got together My surgent Dr Propiglia and the radiation team of Dr Markowitz. Thank you all. Dr. Sprandio and the entire staff of CMOH are nothing less than amazing. He is a kind, dedicated, and caring doctor who, at the same time, doesn't mince words and tells it like it is. I know that my wife - who is his patient - and I truly appreciate this. The nurses and staff are incredibly caring and literally will do almost ANYTHING to insure that my wife gets the treatment and care that she needs. They are completely attentive to her and treat her as a person or a friend instead of a patient. At the same time, they aren't afraid to make recommendations on how to make my wife's treatment as effective as possible, which we are grateful for. I have known John Sprandio Jr. and his father for many years and considered myself lucky to have received their knowledge concerning the issues that I had.

Dr. Sprandio, Jr is very thorough and handles all questions I have. I was projected to die within 3-5 years and I am still here after 12+ years. Testament to Dr. Sprandio.

One of the kindest doctors. He always takes his time and really listens to my issues and concerns. I never feel rushed. The office staff and nursing staff are the best, they treat me like family!

Going to an oncologist is not the easiest thing to do. However, here you feel like family. I have been going to Drs. Sprandio for over twenty years. A fear of cancer and the opportunity to participate in a breast cancer study brought me to this practice. As a result, my fear of cancer has been alleviated and I knew, as soon as my husband was diagnosed with cancer, who was going to take care of him. My husband was given two years and through the amazing care of Dr. John Sprandio, Jr. and his dedicated staff, he lived five and a half years. Except for the last three months of his life, his quality of life was excellent. Because of my participation in the STAR breast cancer study, I will see Dr. Sprandio every six months for the rest of my life. If cancer rears its ugly head, they will catch it early. Dr. John is the best! He and everyone at his office were amazing as I went through this difficult time...so supportive, comforting, and available.

Dr Sprandio keeps us comfortable and keeps me in comfortable as Mike goes through the steps of treatment for lung cancer. This is very scary but we are confident that we are doing everything possible for the best outcome.
