My experience was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and very respectful of their patients. Dr. Simipson was informative and extremely caring. I highly recommend Bunn Family Dentistry.

This office is the friendliest office in North Carolina. Dr. Simpson is friendly and treats each patient as an individual, he takes time to review your options in a smooth and effective manner. His office staff is very willing to assist and get you the answers you need, especially from insurance companies. The dental staff is another arm of the practice that genuinely cares for the comfort of the patient! I'm a nervous patient, but they really know how to treat their patients.

Office staff is Ok. Office manager takes forever to get back with you, on claim problems, sent wrong xrays to insurance com. Each dental assistant says more work needs to be done. they refuse to do a cleaning unless I follow their plan. Its a proposed plan not exact plan. When Dentist says that some of the things the dental assistant is proposing is not going to do any good then why do it. Never had so many xrays in my life. Wife was charged for a dentist charge even though he never came in.

Always a great experience. The staff truly lives up to their motto "Small town. Big Smiles!" Dr. Simpson is very friendly and if you're ever nervous, he makes everything much calmer. I recommend this location for everyone!!!

Excellent staff and Super Doc.They take care of my whole family. Very catering to us chickens.Love this wonderful community.
