Clayton T Hinshaw

I've been a patient if Dr. Hinshaw for several years and I like him and his treatments have been effective. His office staff is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I needed a refill for some skin cream which was refused by his office staff because I hadn't been seen in the last six months, I was seen seven months ago. This cream has been refilled for the past five years. When I asked the woman to ask the doctor for an exception, she refused to ask him. My wife called , and asked to speak to Dr Hinshaw and was refused. when she asked for an appt for me they said they were booked out for the next month and a half. I will now be seeing another Dr. I can't recommendthis office because of the way the office staff treated me.

Dr. Hinshaw it is by far, the best dermatologist I have ever seen. He is very attentive, he takes the time to explain procedures. He has a gentle touch and is very caring. He knows his medicine, and I found myself very safe in his hands.

The worst receptionist ever!!! So mean and rude. I better find another doctor.

Dr Hinshaw is the best dermatologist that I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. I have terrible sun damage and have had multiple skin cancers. He is sharp, punctual and kind. Two thumbs up. Wayyyyy up!

Best dermatologist in Simi Valley. He actually cares! He has detected several skin cancers on my bod. Recommend him highly

Excellent dermatologists. Very thorough. He found a melanoma on my forehead. Fortunately, for me it was found very early and surgery took care of it!

The girls in the office especially April are rude and disrespectful. Stay clear from this office. I seen Dr. Henshaw over a year ago with growth on my head he looked at it and said don't worry about it. It has become larger and more have popped up with an area of pain. They refuse to recheck me due to his lack of knowledge knowing if he was wrong that would cause a problem for him and his license. If I have skin cancer as as he said not to worry that will be pretty bad on his part.

I had such bad acne, my face was literally a pizza face. Dr. Hinshaw put me on an acne regimen that saved my face.
