The whole experience is enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and concerned about your comfort. I am not a big fan of dentists, but I have no problem going here.

My family has been receiving their dental care from this facility for many years. The staff has always been friendly. I remember several years ago, they went out of their way to get all of my kids appointments (including follow ups) during their spring break week, so not to disrupt our schedules. Dr Downey is very kind & open to the patient's voice in their care. I love the picture in the bathroom of Jesus directing the dentist. The Christian atmosphere is a beautiful witness of faith. Everyone is very friendly. Hygenist is thorough and doctor gives all the time needed to patient.

I would recommend Still Waters Family Dentistry because they take great care to help you feel comfortable and really listen when you have a concern. I thought I’d never find a dentist as good as the one I had in Michigan. But I finally have. Painless, friendly, great work atmosphere and communication. Very satisfied. I’ve found my new dentist at last. I had to kiss a few toads to find this prince. There are a lot of bad dentists out there. I will be coming back to Still Waters and Dr. D again. Can't even describe the experience with them since was bumped by the front desk Cindy from the get-go. I don't even know if they would care, but this was rude of her to simply hang on me "with the smile". Please, Cindy, mind that it's 21st century out there and, if you think that hanging on people with the smile in your voice makes a difference or makes you a better person - shame on you. Toothaches are hard to deal with But when you walk through the door you just know that they're going to take care of you 100% they have the nicest staff and the best doctor They make you feel like you're part of the family

While visiting the dentist may not be my favorite thing to do, it is always professional and easy with Stillwater Family Dentist. The staff is friendly, helpful and knows their teeth. Would recommend Stillwater to everyone.

Just visited Still Waters for my routine cleaning and exam. Hygienist Ashley was pleasant and friendly, thoughtful and thorough, keeping my comfort first and foremost. Dr. Downey was likewise engaging and thorough during his exam. The administrative staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I always leave the office with the best feeling! I recently took both my kindergartener and three year old for cleanings. The staff was very helpful and patient with my youngest. Dr. Downey was very good with the boys and they both were proud of their clean teeth and new tooth brushes! Thanks for a great visit!

As a new patient i found the entire staff very friendly and welcoming. They gave the most thorough exam I've ever experienced. Dr. Downey explained everything in great detail and his assistant Lisa was exceptional making me feel like I've been going there for years. This office is a real gem for our little town.

The staff in the office were very friendly and explained everything they were doing. The Dentist was great!! I have lots of dental work coming the in the future and they made me feel comfortable enough to come back.

I had broken a molar and they got me in that same day. The doctor also knew about my generic tissue disorder. He was absolutely fabulous and the staff was so accomadating and understanding. Great hospitality and a very comfortable environment.

They are very gental and very nice. I love this place only dentist ill go too.
