Horrible! Worst provider ever!!!! Take it from someone whom works for a hospital and has been around various physicians. In my ten years as a healthcare worker, I have NEVER met such an unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful provider. She currently works for CentroMed (Walzem location) and I will definitely not put my parents health in her hands no more. Avoid her at all cost.

My ex-husband had a 145pm phone appointment to get a form signed for a surgery that he needed on his shoulder and this Dr. Manriquez didn't call for the appointment until after 3 pm. She got on the phone with an attitude demanding that his daughter gets on the phone instead of me. I informed her that his daughter was working so she couldn't wait for the return call from her. She refused to sign the form because she claimed he had missed an appointment that SHE CANCELED due to Covid-19 and never rescheduled it. She told me he needed to get the form signed by his cardiologist even though she is his primary care doctor. She was rude and totally unprofessional and I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone select this poor excuse of a doctor. She needs to find another career with the bad attitude she has. Worst doctor ever!! Avoid her at all cost!!

I have been a client of Centro Med on Walzem for about 3yrs now. I originally was seeing Dr. Vasquez-Lopez in which i saw him maybe 4 times got some labs done he never called me with results just continued to fill my rx's. He left clinic leaving me with no meds for which i take for diabetes and other health issues. They replaced him with Ceilo Manriquez whom i saw the 1st time she came in went over my health issues introduced herself sat with me and just said she would see me in 3 mnths. went to ck in said girls at front desk are so incompetent ...long story short i have been without my meds for 3weeks ..i have called several times left messsages for Dr. and staff..my pharmacy has sent refill requests on several occasions. Dr, Manriquez came in room no hello and just started asking me what are we gonna do about my labs i said well your the dr. you tell me. she literally got up while i was speaking to her and walked out of my visit which my appt. was @ 1:45 sat in lobby for 2 hrs before i was called to back sat another 40 mins in room. she REFUSED TO REFILL MY MEDS ...SO WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH MEDICAL BOARD...ADVICE STEER CLEAR OF CENTO MED CLINICS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR SERVICE..THEY ARE FUNDED THRU THE GOVERNMENT...GUARANTEE I WILL REPORT HER TO MEDICAL BOARD.

Filled in for my usual Dr. Even though nothing had changed medically would not fill my pain meds unless I saw multiple providers for evaluations.Left phone message telling me take my BP for a month even though I don't have high BP and when I got to the follow-up appt she blindsided me by accusing me of abusing pain meds including one med that I have never taken ( I got copies of all of my Rx's dating back 3 years to prove she was wrong),, then documented that I had not had the drug screen she made me take (I did get it done a month prior to her saying I didn't).

Criticized the Dr she was filling in for (my PCM) then me that I had to see multiple providers for evaluations even though I had no new concerns or problems with my current treatment. Then I was told to take my blood pressure for 1 month (even though I had no history of high BP) and when I got to the follow-up appt., she called in the case manager and accused me of trying to fill multiple Rx's for pain meds which was untrue (I got proof from pharmacy/ insurance). Many other problems too.

THE WORST doctor I have ever seen, and I have seen many between me, my kids, and my disabled spouse. She is filling in for my PCM (whom I have seen for 3 years and whom I trusted 100%) and she decided to question and overhaul my medication regimen (refused to refill meds I have been taking for 3 yrs, thus leaving me hanging). She was accusatory in nature, asking about the meds I was taking, even though my meds were working and I didnt need a dosage increase or decrease. AWFUL DOCTOR. AWFUL.

As a 100% disabled veteran,15 years as a wheel chair bound veteran, I have been followed by the VA that time. For 10 years my multiple physicians have worked on my progressive disease with the goal of maintaining as much of my functional life as is possible. Recently, Dr. Cielo C Manriquez was assigned as my temporary PCP until my PCP returned. Dr. Cielo C Manriquez is a horror, She accused me of opiate abuse, sales and distribution in the first 10 minutes of our only meeting. Avoid her!

Caring, thorough, humorous, competent. Very good doctor!

Does not listen. Wasted too much time on unimportant stuff. Is paranoid. She knows all-the patient knows nothing. Over three hour wait to see her. Wants to reinvent the wheel. Downgrades other providers. I will give her one more chance, maybe she had a bad day.

Can a doctor spend TOO MUCH time with you? Dr. Manriquez tried! And she was always well prepared, I could tell by her questions she had reviewed my chart in the days before an appointment. I used to see Dr. Manriquez in Albuquerque; I think she's in El Paso now. Digs deep into what's bothering you and doesn't rely on easy prescription fixes. She never hesitated to scold me when she suspected I wasn't following her advice, either, which I see as a plus.
